2 Cougar Creek Ranch PAULINA, OREGON Introduction The Cougar Creek Ranch consists of two separate blocks of timbered hunting ground. Cougar Creek is 160± acres of deeded ground and Graylock Butte is 320± acres of deeded ground. The property is approximately 30 miles from the town of Paulina, Oregon, off highway 380 from Prineville, Oregon. Cougar Creek Ranch is comprised of Ponderosa Pine forest and open meadows with numerous small streams and seeps that dot the properties. The elk hunting is considered to be the best in the Eastern Oregon region as well as excellent mule deer hunting. 4 Acreage TWO PARCELS WITH A COMBINED 480+ ACRES Cougar Creek is compromised of two separate parcels: Cougar Creek is in the Ochoco Hunting unit, and the Graylock Butte parcel is about twelve miles east in the Murderers Creek hunting unit and the Malheur National Forest. Both parcels have options for the buyer to apply for Land Owner Preference tags for the units. This allows for two elk and two deer tags for each of the properties. Along Cougar Creek, there is a structure used for guests that want to enjoy a camping experience with an additional outside fire pit and shelter.

8 Hunting/Wildlife The Ochoco and Murderers Creek hunting units are some of the best units to draw tags in the Eastern Oregon region. Landowner preference tags allow for the owners to draw tags in the units due to the land ownership. Along with deer and elk hunting, the area is remote and offers many possible activities that include fishing, snowmobiling, hiking, birding and solitude from the crowds.
