A non-refundable deposit of $50 must be received to guarantee entry to a show. This fee can be paid via paypal on our website or etransfer. A cheque for stalls, numbers and administra on fee and entries must accompany entry as of the Friday of the show. 2. There will be a $25 fee for any NSF cheque or other circumstance where funds are not recieved for payment. This fee and entries are to be paid in form of guaranteed funds (money order/etransfer). 3. There will be a $20 late charge applied to entries not paid by the Sunday of the show. This fee will be applied per month until paid. 4. Please let the secretary know of any changes that were made when checking out Sunday. 5. Numbers must be picked up and waivers signed prior to riding on grounds. 6. Campbell Horse Shows has the right to refuse any entry into the show. EXHIBITING AND JUDGING: 1. All exhibitors must be members of Manitoba Horse Council (or your respective provincial membership). 2. The horse show is not Equine Canada sanctioned, but will follow Equine Canada rules and regulations. 3. Numbers are to be worn in such a way that they are easily visible to the judge. 4. Exhibitors may dress casually; however, approved helmets and proper footwear must be worn while mounted. 5. For safety, all classes with large numbers may be split at the discretion of the

3 CAMPBELL HORSE SHOW GUIDLINES: Preloading: We will be preloading in all classes. This means you will enter the ring while the horse on course is half way through comple ng it s course. Do not travel in the path or interrupt the horse that is on course. Please do not start your course until the previous horse is leaving the ring. Gate people will help everyone! Sign Ups: Sign Up for your classes at the end of Friday and Saturday to help our show run smoothly. Please sign up (including your number) in the order you would like to show in. Open Card There will be open cards for all classes at the same height. Rounds must be ridden in the same order as on the schedule. Open Divisions Both Open and Beginner riders may enter this division. Open round must be completed before beginner class. Beginner Division Open to riders who are in their first two years of showing in the hunter/jumper discipline. Leadline Leadline is allowed in groundrail and xrail classes. Wait Times There will only be a 5 minute wait time for any entries signed up. will close after the 5 minutes. Please plan accordingly. Dress Code All compeitors are to wear an approved helmet and appropriate riding boots. Competitive show clothes and braiding are not mandatory, appropriate schooling clothing should be worn. Festive Dress Code It is encouraged to participate in the themed dress day at participating shows. Appropriate clothing please. Refusals After the first refusal, the coach may enter the ring. After the second refusal, you will be excused. You may take the first fence before leaving the ring. Coaching in the Ring Coaches will be allowed in the ring and rider will be judged as normal in classes groundrail hunters as well as 2 6 jumper. Small Hunter Divisions which are for horses that stand over 14.2 hands but not above 15.3 hands. Distances will be set a shorter than in the Large Hunters. Ponies are allowed to show in either class.

T.I.P. offers sponsorship for high point Thoroughbred awards at open horse shows and competitions, year end Performance Awards, a Thoroughbred of the Year Award and a Young Rider of the Year Award.
