All entrants must sign the declaration when picking up numbers or they will NOT be allowed to compete Leading Rein Riders must be 3 years of age and under 8 years of age and proof of age is required for all junior members All persons on horseback are required to wear a recognised standards approved helmet and boots as a condition of entry ALL competitor s will require a current official EWA or SHC (WA) Height Certificate, NO height certificate NO ENTRY Horses may only compete as Show Horse or Show Hunter NOT both Rider s age will be at the day of event, all junior riders must show proof of age if requested Leading rein riders are to be aged between 3 years and under 8 years, handlers must be 18 years or over and be members of either EWA or RRC or pay an insurance day fee which covers for public liability not injury All ponies can be ridden by any age Stallions are NOT permitted Yards MUST be cleaned prior to leaving the grounds Protests must be received in written within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the event in question with a $50 fee attached, refund will only take place if the protest is upheld Ponies/horses that have competed in the official ring in the past 12 months, cannot compete in the unofficial ring The judge s decision is final. Under No circumstances is approaching the judge, judging or coaching from the side of the ring permitted. Failure to abide by these rules will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeit of entry fees. Dogs on the grounds are permitted, however at all times must be on a leash. If not you will be asked to remove them from the grounds The RRC and its committee, judges and officials DO NOT accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owner s riders and spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. Entry to grounds is at your own risk and the Waiver of Liability form must be signed by all entrants prior to participation. This is a condition of insurance.
