2 The Great Lakes American Water Spaniel Club (GLAWSC) invites you to attend our 2018 hunt tests in Metamora, MI on Saturday, May 19 th, and Sunday, May 20 th, at Hunters Creek Hunt Club, 675 Sutton Road, Metamora, MI The tests are limited to twenty-five (25) entries per day. Entries must be received at the Hunt Test Secretary s residence by 6:00 pm (EDT) on Tuesday, May 15 th. A drawing will be held at 8:00 pm, Wednesday, May 16 th, to determine the running orders. Entrants will be notified of the drawing results by no later than Thursday, May 17 th. Payment of $70 per entry per day, must accompany all entries. Make checks payable to Great Lakes AWSC. MAIL ENTRIES WITH FEES TO: Hunt Test Secretary, Sandy Collins, 2780 Hummer Lake Rd., Ortonville, MI The tests offered each day are Junior Hunter, Senior Hunter and Master Hunter. BIRDS: Chukar will be used in all levels land and water. AWARDS: Standard AKC Rosettes will be awarded. Judging will commence at 8:00 am following a brief meeting of all participants. Please remember that: All participants must wear an article of blaze orange, no smaller than a hat, while in the field. A vest, shirt, or jacket is preferred. Only flat collars are allowed on the test grounds. Training, correcting, or disciplining of dogs will not be permitted on the Hunt Test Grounds. All dogs must be leashed or confined when not being tested. Proper Cell phone etiquette will be enforced. Please set the phone to vibrate, turn it off or leave it in your vehicle as not to disturb the other exhibitors in the field.

3 Hunters Creek Club has a restaurant at the club house. There are a variety of options available for lunch and payment will be made to Hunters Creek. There are also several fast food restaurants just a short drive up the road in Lapeer.
