2 NRA Women s Outdoor Adventure, WOA! Overview The NRA Women s Outdoor Adventure is an eight-day shooting and outdoor adventure get away. No experience is necessary, and all firearms and ammunition are provided. Women attending the NRA Women s Outdoor Adventure will be guided by some of the most talented firearm instructors in the country. Each attendee will have the opportunity to shoot several firearms to include shotgun, semi automatic pistols, revolvers and lever action rifles. These disciplines will prepare you to take part in an exciting three gun match and some cowboy action shooting on a range depicting the old west! Other activities incorporated into this eight day event include a personal protection/home scenario, sporting clays, golf, canoeing, horseback riding, cave tour and for the thrill seeker a five stage zipline across the tree tops! Evening Activities will include hunting and shooting apparel fashion show, a cowboy cook-out and musical entertainment. Food, housing, guns, ammunition, targets, classes, evening activities, instructors, demonstrations and adventures are all included in the $ fee. Space is limited to 40 women. Note: All participants must provide their own transportation to and from Park Mammoth Resort as well as during the event. Participants often attend different activities in different groups over the eight day event. Page 2 of 13

Registration will be conducted in the hotel lobby on Monday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Participants are encouraged to arrive as early as possible to allow extra time to settle in and tour the resort. 4 Accommodations: Participants will stay in the beautiful lodge at Park Mammoth Resort offering a full service restaurant and a wine tasting room. Coffee is available in the main lobby 24 hours a day. Lodging is included in your Women s Outdoor Adventure registration fee and is double occupancy, unless you specifically request otherwise. Each room has full bath, dresser, two double beds, cable TV and a hairdryer. Attendees requesting single occupancy will need to make arrangements with Rockcastle upon check out. Laundry: On site laundry services available for nominal fee. Meals: All meals are included in your Women s Outdoor Adventure registration fee. Meals will be served in the dining facility unless otherwise noted in the schedule. Weather: Spring temperatures range during the day from mid 60 s to the mid 80 s. Please check the weather prior to your departure for the most recent forecast. MK&lat= &lon= Range Clothing: For your safety, the personal clothing that you must bring and wear on all ranges consists of sturdy closed toe shoes or boots, full-length pants, shirts with high neck or closeable collar, and a firm brimmed hat (ball type). 7 FEE: The fee for the 2012 NRA Women s Outdoor Adventure is $ per person. This fee includes food and lodging (as defined) and all planned activities. All firearms and ammunition will be provided. A 50% deposit in the amount of $1, is required with your application. The balance is to be paid by March 12. Refund consideration will be given to a canceled reservation (less 20%) if another paid attendee can be seated up to 30 days prior to the event. 50% of fees collected will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 29 days of event. 10 RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION NRA Women s Outdoor Adventure, WOA! In consideration of access to the NRA Women s Outdoor Adventure, WOA (hereinafter the Event ) conducted at the Rockcastle Shooting Center (hereinafter the Premises ) and other consideration the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Undersigned hereby agrees to the terms of this instrument. Undersigned assumes full responsibility for his/herself, risk of bodily injury, death or property damage, and assumes the risks of presence upon and use of the Premises or the Undersigned s participation or attendance at the Event. Undersigned agrees to release and waive all claims of any kind against the National Rifle Association of America and any of the employees, directors, officers, servants, and/or agents of either (hereinafter, collectively, referred to as "NRA") related to the Premises, the Undersigned's use of or presence upon the Premises, or the Undersigned s participation or attendance at the Event Undersigned agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the NRA from all claims, demands, causes of action and remedies of any kind sought by third parties, together with all attorney fees, costs of court, and other costs or expenses incurred, if caused, or claimed to be caused, in any part or to any extent by the Undersigned or any person for which the Undersigned is responsible. 11 PARTICIPANT PHOTOGRAPHIC MODEL RELEASE I hereby authorize the use, publication, and reproduction at any time by the National Rifle Association of America (NRA) or its assignee of the photographs taken of me during the Women s Outdoor Adventure, WOA from April 30 May 7, 2012 for any editorial use, advertising, promotion, or any other purpose whatsoever, and hereby waive all claims or rights arising out of such use, publication or reproduction. 12 WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT 1. In consideration for receiving permission to be visit Park Mammoth Resort as a participant of the activities conducted by the NRA Women Outdoor Adventure, hereinafter referred to as WOA, at Park Mammoth Resort ( the Activity ) on April 30, 2012 May 7, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Park Mammoth Resort or The Fortress Group their officers, servants, agents and employees (hereinafter referred to as "releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while participating in the Activity, or while in, on or upon the premises where the Activity is being conducted, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the Activity. 2. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with being on the premises and participating in the Activity, and I am fully aware that there may be risks and hazards unknown to me connected with being on the premises and participating in the Activity, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the Activity, to enter upon the above named premises and engage in activities knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous or dangerous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my being a participant in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise. 3. I further hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or costs they may incur due to my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of any or all of the releasees, or otherwise. 4. It is my express intent that this Release shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Sue the above named releasees. In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that: A. I have read the foregoing release, understand it, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; B. No oral representation, statements or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; C. I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent or a parent or guardian has signed the release; and D. I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same. 13 Rockcastle Shooting Center Range Rules 1. Firearms must be pointed in a safe direction at all times. 2. Firearms must be unloaded and action open at all times until you are in the shooting station and it is your turn to shoot. 3. Your firearm should be on SAFETY at all times, until it is your turn to shoot. 4. You must always keep your finger off the trigger and out of the trigger guard until you are in your station and it is your turn to shoot. 5. Approved hearing and eye protection will be worn by anyone shooting or observing shooters on the range. 6. No smoking on the ranges 7. No alcoholic beverages shall be allowed on or in the vicinity of the range. Anyone suspected of drinking will not be allowed to participate in shooting a firearm. 8. Range Safety Officer will inspect all firearms and ammunition prior to allowing you to enter the range. 9. No handling firearms behind the firing lines. 10. No rapid fire (shooting as fast as possible to simulate full auto) 11. No full auto/ Bump firing. (Unless authorized by a Range Officer) 12. No armor piercing or Tracer ammunition. (Unless authorized by a Range Officer) 13. Only shoot designated paper or steel targets. No shooting cans, bottles or other debris. 14. No horseplay or goofing around on the line. 15. Police up brass and trash when done shooting (brass goes in the marked buckets) 16. Children must be under direct supervision of a non-shooting parent at all times (no running around the range or firing line) 17. Report any unsafe behavior immediately. 18. No loading or unloading of firearms except at designated locations on the range, and only under direct supervision of a Range Officer. 19. In the event of a malfunction that the shooter is unable to clear, bench the firearm and notify a Range Officer. No loaded guns will be removed from the firing line unless under the direct control of a Range Officer. 20. Instructions from the Range Officers are final.
