1 Standard Draw Service This service includes application service for any of the states we operate. Application set up fee is $150 per year (First application) with a $50 per additional applications fee. Bonus point only applications are $25 per application per species. Service includes a guaranteed fully guided spot with any hunt drawn through our service. The setup fee will be credited towards any hunt booked/drawn for that season or prior to the next years draw cycle. Your hunt cost will be based upon the rates listed in the draw agreement for that draw cycle. Personal consultation by one of our staff will be given prior to submitting any applications to ensure you are being applied for the correct options. No Fees Draw Service This service includes a guaranteed fully guided spot with any hunt drawn through our service. It requires a $1,500 deposit which is non- refundable however it is transferable from year to year, state to state, and species to species. This deposit will be credited towards any hunt drawn or guaranteed landowner tag hunt that is booked either now or at any time in the future. There are no fees for any of the applications and the setup fee is waived. Your hunt cost will be based upon the rates listed in the draw agreement for that draw cycle. Your initial deposit ($1,500) will be credited towards the total of the hunt cost plus tax and license. Your initial deposit will be forfeited if you draw a tag and choose to or are unable to do the hunt. Personal consultation by one of our staff will be given prior to submitting any applications ensure you are being applied for the correct options. Premium Member Service The premium service has limited availability for each year at the price that it is offered for that draw cycle. The current rate is $1,500 per person and that includes lifetime application service. The setup fee is waived and each application completed is locked in at $25 per species per state for as long you would like to apply. There is no restriction on the number of tags you can draw. When you become a premium member you also lock in your pricing for all public land draw hunts (excluding South Dakota) based upon the draw agreement for the year you purchase a premium membership. Premium members also receive first option at all cancellation tags, discounted hunts, and exploratory hunts. These members are all contacted via and text and given first option at any of these types of openings that come available Personal consultation by one of our staff will be given prior to submitting any applications to ensure you are being applied for the correct options. Guaranteed Booking If you book any of our private land hunts or guaranteed landowner tag hunts with the required deposit you will be automatically applied for the corresponding public draw hunt free of charge if you choose. Any additional applications for other states or species are $50 per hunt application or $25 per bonus point application. The setup fee is waived for this option. 3 BMO GUIDING AGREEMENT *Guiding agreement required for anyone using the registered outfitter number of Tom McReynolds DBA Black Mountain Outfitters in New Mexico, on their application or anyone applying through Black Mountain Outfitters, Inc. or Tom McReynolds in Arizona or South Dakota for Draw Hunts. This document is required by the New Mexico Game and Fish department for all New Mexico draw hunts. I, agree that upon drawing a New Mexico permit with Tom McReynolds DBA Black Mountain Outfitters or an Arizona or South Dakota permit with Tom McReynolds or Black Mountain Outfitters, Inc., I will use their services for the hunt that is drawn. These services may include a semi-guided or fully-guided hunt. I have read and understood the compensation pages that are listed below on this document (3 total pages). I understand that my credit card will be charged a $65.00 fee for the New Mexico game hunting license and it will also be charged the highest license fee of the hunts I am applying. I understand these fees are refundable from New Mexico however, some but not all license fees are refunded for Arizona draws. I understand that South Dakota will charge my card for the entire license fee is successful. I understand that the pricing on this page does not include a landowner tag, sales tax, or license. I understand all of those three items will be in addition to the actual cost of the hunt. I also understand that I will be charged the service fees outlined on the first page of this document by BMO as payment for their services.
