Cliet missed the mai draw ad applied i the secod draw for a bous poit for the atlered deer but because there were o remaiig tags for atlered elk the category was ot available for the purchase of the bous poit. As a result of missig the draw he lost his elk poits. He was able to rescue his deer poits oly because there were remaiig tags i the category. Cliet would love to take a tag durig the FCFS draw while preservig their bous poits for a premium hut that might come with a tag draw durig the mai draw. Cliet sees this as a reveue geerator for NDOW ad provides sportsme further hutig opportuities. Regardless of legth of time of o-applicatio, active duty military members should ot lose their eared bous poits whe residig outside of Nevada. The specific request is as follows: My reasoig for this request is two-fold. First, whe makig a Permaet Chage of Statio (PCS move), the last thig o my mid was preservig my hutig poits. Travel details with a family, fidig a abode i a ufamiliar place, placig kids i school, learig a ew positio, etc., put hutig o the back burer.
