2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY CLASS ENTRY: Opens, Hunters, Riders, Childs, Owner Riders, Off the Track $30.00 per class Newcomers: $20.00 per class Feature Classes: $25.00 per class First Ridden, Tiny Tot, Shetland Classes & Junior Handler Classes: $10.00 Fancy Dress free entry - to be held at the conclusion of Friday classes. Prize bag to all entrants. A TRAINING DAY with Mr Les Friend and Ms Danielle Beattie will be held on Thursday 18 th January lessons for $ The 2018 Equestrian NSW shall be conducted in accordance with the EA Show Horse Rules and Guidelines. 2. Entries are open to all horses throughout Australia that are EA registered and owned by a current EA Member. 3. All Riders must be current EA Members. 4. All competing horses must hold a current EA Height Certificate. 5. Competitors must choose to either compete their horse as a Show Hunter or Open. Horses cannot compete as both. 6. All ENTRIES will be online via Nominate 7. Entry for ALL Classes close Sunday 10 th December 2017 at midnight. 8. In each class the judge underlined will be the preferential judge. The highest marked Pony, Galloway and Hack from each event will each be awarded the relevant prize, Champion, Reserve Champion & Third place. Both Open and Show Hunter horses are eligible to compete in their height section. 9. Random Drug Testing may be carried out during this Show. Drug Testing shall be in accordance with EA Rules & Regulations. 10. Points will be awarded for those NSW horses eligible for the State Cup Point Score Award. 11. Requests for refunds of entry fees after the close of entries will be put to the ENSW Show Horse Committee for consideration. 12. All horses who are not stabling MUST book a yard, as no horses are allowed to be tied to the float. 13. Stabling and camping to be booked via NOMINATE at the time of entry. 14. Definition Owner/Rider: The horse must be owned by the rider or immediate family member. Definition of Immediate Family Member: Spouse, Brother, Sister, Child, Parents, Grandparents, Grandchildren) 15. Definition: Thoroughbred Classic Classes: Off the Track Thoroughbred: Open to an exhibit registered and named in a Race or Official barrier trial at any registered Race Track in Australia 16. Definition: Thoroughbred Classic Classes: Registered Thoroughbred: Must not have raced or barrier trialed and be registered with Australian Stud Book. 17. Age for riding classes is as of the 1 st January 2018

3 18. Measuring Times: Thursday 18 th January 2018: 3pm-5pm, Friday 19 th January: 7am-9am, 3pm-5pm, Saturday 20 th January: 7am-9am, 3pm-5pm, Sunday 21 st January: 7am-9am 19. For Interstate horses competing verification of height certificate will be required for identification at the measuring bay, please ensure height certificates are carried for the event. 20. Bump in will be 9am Wednesday 17 th January COMPETITOR INFORMATION Directions: We are located at 134 Forster Drive, Bawley Point. Willinga Park is located just four hours drive south of Sydney along the Princes Highway and two hours drive from Canberra. Situated in the coastal town of Bawley Point, approximately 30 minutes north of Batemans Bay and 30 minutes south of Ulladulla. Turn off the Princes Highway at Termeil and follow the signs to Bawley Point. Turn right onto Murramarang Road, and right onto Forster Drive. We are approximately 8km from the Princes Highway turn off. Click here for map. Note we are NOT located on Willinga Road. No access areas: We will develop a map, in consultation with your committee that clearly shows areas at Willinga Park that are "no access" areas for the event. Private residences, other buildings, the botanic gardens, and fenced off construction sites are strictly out of bounds. Trespassers will be prosecuted. Guests are to park only in designated areas for their event. We ask that children are supervised at all times as there are many open water bodies across Willinga Park, including dams, ponds channels, fountains and troughs.
