Jump side kick 18 - up OR Axe kick *Competitors will have 0 seconds to break all their boards *There will be two chances for each breaking skill 4 Boards Free style SPARRING GENERAL RULES All Sparring competitors will be 1minute / 2 Round 12 & under Black division will have Daedo sensor chest guard (Competitors have to bring their own socks) Under 18 no head contact, 18 and above light head contact allowed Coaches meeting 9 am for additional information regarding warning, regulations and point scoring All competitors must have a full set of sparring gear, including mouth piece and cup to participate. DEMO TEAM DIVISIONS Demo Team should be a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 20 people. The maximum time to complete the performance is 7minutes. Synchronicity of technique (1-10P) Excitement of performance (1-10P) Successful completion of Taekwondo techniques (1-10P) Fun generated by the team (1-10P) Demonstrations of Accuracy, speed and Power (1-10P) -Points will be deducted from total score based on; Missed breaking, Overtime, Form-misstep.

4 Age TINY TIGERS DIVISIONS ALL BELT FORM Forms will range from 5 to 10 steps and the form can be whatever the competitors have prepared BOARD BREAKING 2 Boards Maximum One hand skill (hammer fist, punch, elbow or whatever prepared) One kicking skill (front kick, axe kick or whatever prepared) *We ask parents for their full support to encourage and help the students gain an unforgettable experience. Parent (s) will wait with the students in the waiting room. Once Tiny Tigers Division is called, students will fallow parents to the ring. Competitors will perform their breaking and form one at a time. Medals will be rewarded to all students for effort, participation and experience. JUMPING HIGH KICK BREAKING DIVISIONS Age & up ALL BELT Only one first place winner per age group. The winner will be awarded a Trophy. 1. Each participant has a maximum of 0 seconds to attempt to break the board with Running Jumping Front Snap Kick AND only one attempt to break the board for each round. 2. Participants may not cover the breaking foot with any bandages, tape or any other material. The referee must approve any injuries that may need to be covered.. The running distance is approximately 6 meters, and the starting board height will be determined by the referee. 4. The order of participants (who breaks first) will be determined by height. The shortest participant will attempt to break first. 5. After each round, the board height will be raised incrementally at the referee s discretion. 6. The participant to break the highest board will be declared the winner. 7. If any part of the body touches the floor besides the feet, it is considered NO BREAK.

I understand that the martial art is a contact sport and as such injuries may occur and I accept that responsibility freely. I further understand all contents of the rules and regulations and general information which was published by the organizer and the sponsors and I agree with them in their entirety, I further understand that I may be dismissed from the premises without compensation or refund if my conduct is not courteous and cooperative for the successful operation of the championships.
