4 Entry Fee includes: Accommodation for the nights of your choice between 6th 12th November; All meals at the Hotel from dinner on your arrival day until breakfast on your departure day; Farewell dinner. Entry Fee does not include: The IWAS capitation fee. DEADLINES TO RETURN THE ENTRY FORMS AND PAYMENTS: 1st entry (form # 1): August 4, 2017 Estimate number of fencers, team officials and estimated arrival and departure dates; 30% of the entry fees payment. (Non-refundable) ATTENTION A penalty of 250,00 Euro will be charged to the Delegation failing to return 1 st entry and related 30% of the entry fees payment in the deadline of August 4, 2017 Final entry (form # 2): September 15, 2017 Exact number of fencers and team officials + arrival and departure dates; Final entry and balance of total entry fee. The capitation Fee will be collected by IWAS from the nations directly. IWAS will invoice the nations based on the number of entries of athletes, staff, team members, medical and administrative, once nations have registered and before the competition. Entry Process: only entries submitted with endorsement from IWAS National Member will be accepted.
