METHOD OF COMPETITION: A single elimination in tournament according to the regulations of the WT will be followed. DAEDO EBPs will be used. Individual system, there will be 6 competition areas with electronic scoreboards systems and EBP. 6. TECHNICAL RULES: Possible to enroll more than 3 athletes per weight. Athletes can only represent a Club or territory. Ages will be designated by natural years. 7. WEIGHT DIVISION: COMBAT (10 th NOVEMBER)

PARTICIPATING TEAMS All the Territorial Federation of the R.F.E.T., Clubs of Basque Country and Spain as well as all affiliated countries to the WT and ETU. Note: No competitor will be able to participate in more than one category. 10. CLASSIFICATION AND RESULTS - Individual: 1 st, 2 nd and two 3 rd places (male and female) - Teams, trophies: 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd places (male and female) - Teams General: 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd places Points per medal: For a Gold Medal 7 For a Silver Medal 3 For a Bronze Medal PARTICIPATION RIGHTS- REGISTRATIONS- Registration fee per athlete: 15. Any athlete who changes weight or category after the day of registration (26 th of October) must have to pay 25 per modification.

4 All the registrations must be in and must be written in the oficial form, entering in the Basque Taekwondo Federation before 26 th October, any registration received after this day will not be taken into account. WEIGHING SCHEDULE AND CONTROL OF DOCUMENTATION: VENUE: Municipal Sports Pavilion of the Casilla in Bilbao-Bilbo, 11 (Sport Hall) BILBAO. DATE: Friday 9/11/18. Control of Documentation: from 18.00h to 21.00h. Close territorials: Saturday 10/11/18 from 8.00h to 8.30h. The weighing will adjust to this schedule for the good start of the competition. In the weighing a margin of 500 g will be given in each weight.

5 DOCUMENTATION - Original ID or orginal Family Book. School sports licence or the federal licence in force for all combat categories. - Parental permission according to the attached form. 14. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS November 5th, Saturday From 9.00 to h. Combat: Cadet, Junior and Senior November 6th, Sunday From 9.00 until the end of the competition Poomsae children and adults 15. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 26th, REFEREE They must be technique and poomsae certified and collegiate combat referees and grading judges. 17. WT-RECOGNIZED TAEKWONDO UNIFORM (DOBOK) AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT All the contestants must use doboks and WT-recognized protective equipment. The helmet must be DAEDO. Every contestant must bring the necessary protective equipment: mouth guard, shin guards, forearms, groin guards and gloves. In the cadet category is compulsory to wear a head protector. 18. COMPLAINTS They must be written in the official form, signed by the delegate or the chosen territorial federation representative and deposit 60, which will be given back in case the complaint is fair at the discretion of the Appeal Committee which consists of: -President of the Basque Territorial Federation -Director of arbitration -Technical director -A delegated chosen by lot among participants

6 19. INSURANCES AND PERMISSIONS The Basque Taekwondo Federation and the Organizing Committee will not assume responsibility for claims or injuries. Is necessary to take the official form with the permission of the Territorial Federation, to be aware of licenses, sports accident insurance, as well as parental authorization for minors. The executive committee of the W.T. and the R.F.E.T. General Assembly agreed that in championships any gesticulations, applause and coach s excessive gestures during combat will be punished following the international rules of arbitration, recalling that the sanctions can reach the disqualification of the competitor and coach. The previously mentioned acts incite violence and disturbances in both the public and contestants, what goes against the Royal Decree on violence in sport and Regulation of Sports Discipline in addition to the deplorable and so detrimental spectacle that violators of these rules give to the Taekwondo.
