Organisational details Starting tickets to be collected on Friday, September 7 th 2012, 7 to 8:30 pm Saturday, September 8 th 2012, starting at 7 am, according to the timetable for children, pupils and youths Weighing in Saturday, June 8 th 2012, starting 7 to 9:30 am. Weighing is only possible after the tickets have been collected; please have them ready for inspection. Please note: Weight divisions are binding. Re-allocation to a different division is NOT possible. 5 Policy in Kumite guards Boxing cloves and foot protector (red / blue) and mouth guard are required! Light shin guards (white, max. 1cm thick or red / blue) are allowed. A the body protector according to WKF rules is allowed. A protective face mask is not allowed, in contract to WKF rules In addition: Boys: The jock strap is a must! Girls: The chest protector is mandatory. In the children age group of Minis chest protection is mandatory if the anatomical conditions are met. The responsible decision regarding the equipment lies with the parents. Braces can only by worn on condition that the contestant accepts full responsibility for any injury. Minors need written parental consent. At startup, this note of consent is required! Please bring your own red and blue belt! By submitting their entry forms, all participants agree to being filmed or photographed for documentation purposes and to having their picture/video displayed on the DKV-website. The organizers and promoters exclude any form of liability whatsoever before, during and after the competition.
