The application forms will be available online (excel format only). 2. Please send the registration forms as an Excel file to tournamentregister@karate-berlin-2018.de. After sending by please print out, sign and stamp the application form and bring it to the master's office in Berlin on 20 September. Each referee must be officially confirmed by his National Federation. We ask each country to provide a corresponding number of referees and coaches. Single start: EUR 25 per person, per category Team start: EUR 50 per Team, per category Entry fee payment - Payment by bank transfer. We ask that countries DO NOT conclude any transfers for individuals. A single invoice will be prepared by the DTSKF in accordance with the report of each countries for all items (e.g. registration fees, course fees, hotel charges, Sayonara party etc.) with a bank transfer order in the period of the Bank details: DTSKF e.v. LIABILITY Each National delegation must grant each registered participant or visitor their own insurance (minimum EUR). 11 KATA TEAM Each team will be composed of 3 contestants. An additional catagorie of a Kata Team mix of all age groups is possible for the two championships. Each team can contain one athlete of an age group/belt colour from one catagorie higher or lower. 12 !! ATTENTION!! 1. AN ATHLETE CAN PARTICIPATE AT INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES ONLY IN HIS AGE CATEGORY. IF HE PARTICIPATES AT TEAM CATEGORY FOR A HIGHER AGE GROUP, HE CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE TEAM CATEGORY FOR HIS OWN AGE GROUP. Example: One Year athlete can participate at individual categories only for Years. He can participate in team kata for Year. In this case he cannot be part of year team kata. 2. The organizer has a right to combine the groups. All Participants to the following requirements: 1. Each athlete must know, thoroughly understand and be able to compete under the Competition Rules. 2. Each athlete must be free of any psychical or mental handicap so as not to cause difficulties in the competition Rules. 3. All competitors must have International insurance as stipulated by their National Federation. 4. All competitors must have a Medical Release. 5. All athletes in all kumite categories must wear the proper protectors. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT Mouthguard, Sparring gloves, Groin guards, Chest protectors, Self-protection Each participating Nation is required to bring its national anthem (on CD) and two flag (1,5 m x 2m). PROTECTION OF DATA PRIVACY It is hereby declared that in the context of this Euro Shoto Cup all personal data collected are for the sole use of this championship. All personal data collected will be destroyed after this championship according to the legal guidelines. PHOTO- AND VIDEO RECORDINGS In the context of the event on the photos and video recordings will be taken. If you do not agree, please inform us in writing, otherwise we will take your participation in the even as consent.
