2 2017 Karate BC Provincial Championships Richmond Olympic Oval 6111 River Road DATES Saturday, December 2 nd and Sunday, December 3 rd, 2017 TIMES Marshalling begins 9:30 am Competition begins (see attached schedule for details) No check-in: Athletes/Coaches are required to confirm their events via Karate BC website and report any errors to Karate BC immediately! FEES per event (includes GST): Non-elite Juniors: $30 Team Kata: $30 per team Non-elite Adults 18 yrs. & over: $35 Team Kata: $35 per team All BC Team (elite) divisions: $35 Team Kata: $35 per team Please register your student through the Trackie registration link. Payment must be made when registering. Registrations must done prior to November 17 th, 2017 EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS All competitors are expected to present themselves for competition with blue and red belts, as Karate BC will not supply these. Elite competitors must have all gear when called upon to compete will be given one minute to rectify the situation or they will be disqualified. DRESS CODE TO BE FOLLOWED: WKF rules of the competition KATA, KUMITE & KOBUDO REGULATIONS: See online Rules Sheet All Kumite competitors must complete an online medical waiver through Trackie when registering.
