3 GENERAL Tournament sanctioned as Open G1 WTF ELEGIBILITY 1. Own nationality of the represented country. 2. Own GAL (Global Athlete License). COMPETITION REGULATIONS WTF Competition Rules. AGES AND DIVISIONS This is a G1 event, all Taekwondo participants in senior weight categories, anyone 17 and older can compete in the Senior Division COMPETITION SYSTEM Si ngl e eli mi nati on tournament system individual competition AWARDS POINTS FOR MEDAL IN GENERAL PRIZE. 1st Place: Gold Medal (1) and Participation Certificate 2nd Place: Silver Medal (1) and Participation Certificate 3rd Place: Bronze Medal (2) and Participation Certificate Best Competitor Trophy (Male & Female) Best Referee Trophy (Male & Female) Best Coach Trophy (Male & Female) * The one who gets the most gold medals (+4 delegations rate it) Tie-breaker: by silver medals, if the tie persists, by bronze medals, if the tie persists, the delegation with the most enrolled.

4 COACHES REQUIREMENT DRESS CODE COACH ENTRY FEES, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION The minimum classification requirements are as follows: To have at least 18 years old. All coach must have the certificate of coaching WTF or PATU and GAL License. Throughout the competition the coaches will be required to wear formal attire from the semifinals. Coaches who do not follow the dress code will not have access to the competition area Round trip airfares and room and board expenses shall be borne by all participants. Competition Entry fee for BLACK BELTS - $ USD Coach fee - $55.00 USD All registration fees will be received in cash at the time of registration in the Accreditation area until March 14 th, 12:00 m without exceptions. Absolutely NO REFUNDS or TOURNAMENT CREDIT ENTRY FORMS & CLOSING DATES FOR ENTRIES: All entry forms must reach the Organizing Committee by February 28, $50 USD Late fee applies to entry forms submitted March 1 st through March 6, 2017.

5 Strict compliance is expected. Absolutely no registration accepted after March 6, PROTECTION SYSTEM In the Colombia International Open Armed Forces Cup Armadas G-1 WTF 2017 will be used DAEDO as PSS. The organizing committee will provide DAEDO trunk protector and electronic helmet, each athlete is responsible for DAEDO electronic protectors of instep and heels. RECOGNIZED BRANDS OFFICIAL UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT Each participant must use recognized doboks by WTF, as well as protection equipment recognized by WTF All participants must wear a white PATU / WTF V-neck All participants must wear a white PATU / WTF V-neck Taekwondo uniform (Dobok) in good condition. Athletes should use approved protectors as well as mouthpiece (white or transparent), groin guard, forearm and shin guards, gloves for his/her personal use before entering the competition area. The genital guard, forearm and instep should be worn inside the taekwondo uniform. It is not allowed to use any other item on the head besides the head protector. Any religious item must be approved before and must be used under the head protector and inside the dobok and must not cause damage or obstruction to the opponent.

6 No tape will be allowed on any part of the uniform. OC will be using Daedo Electronic Body Protectors and E-Head Gear COMPENSATION It is the responsibility of each National Association member to ensure that its athletes and officials have fully and properly completed the compensation format, including their personal signature, releasing WTF, PATU, the Organizing Committee, and other officials and athletes from all liability. Any injury, loss or situation that arises during his participation in the International Open or any activity related to it. It is the responsibility of each National Member Association to insure and guarantee the coverage of its Medical Expenses Insurance for each of its INTERNATIONAL REFEREES OC will appoint the required number of WTF International Referees Roundtrip Airfare shall be borne by each participating International Referee. 7 TRANSPORTATION: Ground transportation is the responsibility of the each team participants. The organizing Committee will be providing ground transportation to/ from venue to WTF International Referees and Technical Delegate. DRAWING OF LOTS The drawing of lots will be conducted on March 14, 2017 at 14:00 16:00 h Auditorium Centro de Alto Rendimiento. It will be conducted by the WTF Technical Delegate in the presence of some officials and the representatives of the participating nations.the method and order of the draw shall be determined by the Technical Delegate. It will seek to the athletes according to the WTF Ranking on January 31, 2017 WEIGH-IN LODGING It will be established by the Competition Rules Please check the Accommodation Guide. MEDICAL SERVICES The Organizing Committee will only provide the emergency medical service upon injury. Participants are responsible for expenses for injury and / or hospitalization The Organizing Committee recommends participants to have a medical insurance, and having the necessary medical information

8 ENTRY VISA No visa is needed to enter to Colombia. It's the responsibility of each athlete and federation to apply and ensure the correct documentation for access to Colombia.
