3 DoJo Rules 4. You must bow before you step on the mat 5. When you leave the mat make sure you bow off 6. Once you are on the mat walk to your sensei and ask him or her to go over your throws, hold downs or break falls you learned the week or class before 7. Having fun on the mat is fine, but you want to be practicing the things you learned (this means get a partner and try some of the things you were taught) 8. Always remember to respect your teammates, partner, and sensei at all times 9. Make sure you pay attention and listen to what your instructors are showing you 10. Judo is an Olympic Sport, therefore do not practice what you have learned outside of practice, unless an adult is present 11. No Jewelry and remember to keep finger and toe nails cut 12.
