7 Equipment Due to hygiene concern, all contestants must prepare their own WKF approved gear. Climate During the month of May, the weather temperature in Macau is hot and range between 25º to 30º Celcius. Miscellaneous Please submit a national anthem CD. Meals Please be advised no food is allowed in the competition stadium. The OC has arranged meals for (coaches & players) during the 2 days of competition at the Golden Dragon restaurant at the price of HKD per head, on "first come first serve basis" and the seats are "limited". Reservation datedline is 07 pril 2017 and payment can be made during the team registration in HQ Hotel(please fill-out the Meals Form) and mail back to the OC of EKF. The restaurant is across the stadium and the walking distance it is only 5 minutes. Opening Ceremony ll competitors, referees and judges are requested to be present at the opening ceremony. 10 THE 7 th EKF CHMPIONSHIPS 2017 TERM OF RESPONSIILITY Please fill out this form and send it back to Macau Karatedo Federation, before 27 March 2017 I, the undersigned, as the Chief of Delegation of my country/region, duly enrolled to participate in the 7 th EKF Championships 2017, which will be held in Macau from 17 th to 21 st Mat 2017, with full knowledge of the Statutes, the Rules and the Norms of the EKF, pledge myself to faithfully accomplish the regulations of this before mentioned entity, and I take any and all administrative, civil and criminal responsabilities of whatever happens to our athletes, coaches and other members of our delegation participating in this championship, before, during and after the competition, such as physical injuries, personal expenses, or monetary debts and casual material damages to the hotels, the venue, means of transportation, departure on time, etc. Furthermore, I exempt from any legal, civil or criminal responsabilities the organizers of the Championships, the EKF and the Macau Karatedo Federation, it's directors, as well as any person, company, or entity related to the event (sponsors, public and private entities).
