Tobacco, Pan parag, Chewing Gum eating is prohibited. 5. Do not stick on one game, give opportunity to others. 6. Sports equipments will be provided against the submission of I-Card only. 7. Whenever the authority demand the I-Card, it must be provided for verification. 8. Strict action will be taken against the violation of any rules. 9. 19 (A) Extra Curricular Activities and Sports To promote extra-curricular activities and sports the institution has developed the following facilities: a. Boxing The College is affiliated to the Maharashtra Amateur Boxing Association (MABA). The College provides the students with the necessary equipment like the boxing gloves, punching gloves, punching bag, other training equipment and use of gymnasium. b. Judo The College has affiliated itself with the Bombay Judo Association (BJA), which in turn is affiliated to The Judo Federation of India. Qualified coaches are available to train the students. Mr. Yatish Bangera 6 th Dan, Jt. Sec, BJA and Mr. Maohar Bangera, 7 th Dan, Secretary BJA. Both are International referees, Mr. Manohar Bangera is also the Technical Chairman JFI. The infrastructure includes the Judo Mats (Dojo) as per Indian Standards. Three sets of good quality uniforms are provided to the students while participating in various competitions. The college is also benefited by visiting of a Japanese coach who has come to Mumbai for two years under the Indo-Japanese cultural exchange programme. He trains our students once in a week in the college and takes some selected Judokas to other BJA centre in Andheri West.

20 The BJA also has a female judo coach, Ajita a Brown Belt particularly to train young girl judo players. A special Self Defence course for girls is designed for girl students, which are conducted during summer camps. Gymnasium The College has an air-conditioned multi-station gymnasium with free weights, aerobic equipment, tread mill, magnetic bikes, dumb bells, pallets, bull worker, etc. It has a music system too. The gymnasium facility is available to all the sportsmen/women free of cost. Rifle Shooting Range The College has a fully air-conditioned 8 - lane shooting range designed as per international specifications. It has affiliation with the Maharashtra State Rifle Association (MRA). The range has 10 (N25) Rifle and 2 (CO 2 ) Air Pistols for beginners. There are 2 Pneumatic Air Rifles for competitions. It also has an imported P-700, Feinwerkbau Air Rifle and Morini Air Pistol, which are used for national and international competitions. Coaching/ training are imparted by qualified international jury and an retired naval personnel. The basic course is held every month. The advanced course is also held regularly. The affiliation with statutory bodies like the MABA, BJA and MRA enables the students to avail of professional coaching on campus.

21 Anjali Bhagwat (top Indian Shooter) had been visiting and practising our Summer Camp: range. She had interactive sessions on training with young shooters from our college. The college conducts summer camp that caters to students as well as people in the vicinity. The camp includes various sports activities like Shooting, Self Defence, Boxing, Swimming, Archery and Skating How does the institution ensure participation of women in intra-and inter- institutional sports competitions and cultural activities? To ensure participation of women in intra-and inter institutional sports competitions and cultural activities the following measures have been taken: College, University, District, State and National levels winners are awarded cash prizes. Concession in attendance is provided to them Gymnasium facilities are provided free of cost. Women winning intra and inter institutional cultural prizes are also given cash incentives.
