Course Scope: Provides commanders technical expertise in planning and conducting Tactical Army Combatives Course( Level IV) combatives training; Provides technical advice, inspects and supervises the execution of Basic Army Combatives Course( Level III) training and the certification of Tactical Army Combatives( Level II ) combatives trainers; Provides trained Standard, Intermediate, and Advanced combatives competition referees; Provides commanders technical expertise in planning and conducting and supervising Standard, Intermediate, and Advanced combatives competitions at the installation level; Provides commanders technical expertise in planning and conducting advanced scenario driven combatives training combining all aspects of close combat for individuals and teams. Phase Scope: Course Prerequisites: Active Army, Reserve, or National Guard Officers or Enlisted personnel, Active and Reserve Marine Corps Officers and Enlisted personnel, and Active and Reserve Air Force Officers and Enlisted personnel. This course is not MOS or rank specific. All applicants must have passed a valid physical within one year, have a minimum profile serial of Applicants must have six months service remaining upon completion of training. All applicants must have successfully completed the (one week Active Army) Level I instructor trainer course, under the direction of a fully qualified Level III certified trainer, and must have successfully completed the (two week Active Army) Level II instructor trainer course, under the direction of a fully qualified Level IV certified trainer.
