As one of the youngest members of WKF, during a short period of time, our federation has learned a lot and did its best to improve the life of karate WKF in Moldova. This tournament is a proof of this, as well as the desire to develop closer relations with federations interested in supporting our KARATE WKF family. REGISTRATION All competitors, referees, coaches and officials must register online until November 20 th, Online registration will be available from Nov 6 th, Only members of national federations recognized by WKF are admitted to participate. KUMITE team SEVEN SAMURAI CUP: Each team will be formed of 7 participants, one of each age group: 8-9 years, years, years, cadets, juniors, U21, seniors (18+). V. 5 Kumite: Children until 13 years duration of bout: 1 min. 30 sec. Tatami: 6x6 m. All categories body protector, fist gear, mouth guard, shin pad & foot protector (red / blue) is mandatory. Female cadets, juniors, U21 and seniors - chest protector mandatory. Kumite team male Seven Samurai: 1. The order of bouts will start with cadets and end with seniors. 2. All 7 bouts will take place. 3. The winner will be determined by the total of points. 4. For each victory, the team will receive 2 additional points. 5. For each tie, each team will receive 1 point. 6. In case of a tie (equal number of points) at the end of all matches, the number of matches won (victories) will be considered. 7. In case of a tie between the number of won matches, the winner will be determined by the higher total number of Ippons/ or Waza-aris performed. 8. In case of a tie, an additional match between U21 athletes will take place. Kata: 7 yrs - the athlete can repeat the kata U10 (8-9 yrs) - the athlete will perform a Kata different from the previous round (min. 2 kata) U12 (10-11 yrs) the athlete will perform a Kata different from the previous round (min. 2 kata) U14 (12-13 yrs) the athlete will perform a different kata each round VI. ENTRY FEE Individual category: 21 Euro Kata & Kumite: 32 Euro Kumite team: 112 Euro Payment of participation fee is accepted until Dec 3 rd, Transfer can be made on the following accounts: For each change made to the application or no show, after , a penalty of 10 Euro will be applied. VIII.
