We are Hearty invite you & your team in 10th State Kung-fu championship The Championships will be held in the Sub Junior ( -12 Years) / Junior ( -18 Years) & Senior age group( +18 Years to -35 years) in Following events. 1. Taolu 2. Kungfu Special 3. Traditional Light Kungfu Fight 4. Full Kungfu fight In Taolu competitors 8 Male and 8 Female Total 16, In Light Kungfu competitors, 6 Male and 6 Female Total 12, In Full Kungfu Group, 9 Male Total 09, In Taichi 2male and 2 female Total 04, One Coach and a Manager for a team Total Players with 2 officials maximum 45 Persons in a Team. All teams must reach SAI Center, Kandivali, Mumbai latest by 10 October 2015 Morning 9.30a.m positively. Entry form with details of Championship is enclosed herewith. Annual membership fees for District Kung Fu Associations, Rs. 2,000/- for the year must be paid Cash on arrival at Multipurpose Hall of SAI. No Team will be allowed to take part in the Championship without having championship I. card of Association of Maharashtra kung-fu, which is given after submission of entry fee. Rules The International Sports Kung Fu Federation terms & Rules will be used as official Rules. Fee 600 Rs. per Person for any Event and 100 Rs per Extra Event. Lodging Food Certificate Those, who will participate in the Championship, will be awarded the Certificate of Participation. Date:... Signature : CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION: 1. 10th State Kung fu Championship 2015 will be held on individual basis for both male and female competitors. 2. Each competitor is required to have his / her own equipments, gloves, mouth pieces and groin protectors, shin guard as a Precaution against accidents. 3. Each competitor must have birth certificate and medical certificates approving his / her physical fitness to compete. 4. Competitors shall take part in the above championships at their own expenses and risk. The organizers, the AMK officials and any of the Participants shall not be held responsible for any accident or injuries (serious or otherwise) which any of the competitors / participants may sustain in the above championships.
