2 2013 USA Taekwondo Sanctioned Qualification Event Packet sponsored by the Georgia Taekwondo Foundation Date: Sunday May 5, 2013 Venue: Allatoona High School, 3300 Dallas Acworth Hwy, Acworth, GA Entry Deadline: April 20, 2013 Late Reg. Deadline: April 27, 2013 Entry Fee: $75 for one event $95 for two events $20 Late Fee. Absolutely no registration at the door. All Athletes must be a USAT member. REGISTER for membership and tournament ONLINE only at Spectators: Coaches: $8.00 at the Door $35 per coach (One free Coach's Pass per School, contact David Wilch) $10 Late Fee All Coaches must be a USAT member. Referee Seminar: Saturday - April 13th, AM - 5PM Seminar Location: McDonough First United Methodist Church 151 Macon St. McDonough, GA Schedule of Events: Saturday: 3:00-7:00pm Check-in & Venue SATURDAY WEIGH-IN IS MANDATORY FOR EVERYONE. Sunday: 8:00AM Referee Meeting 8:00AM Staging* 8:15AM Qualifier will begin *Notice: The qualifier is expected to have a small turn out ( ) and will proceed very quickly. All competitors for all events are expected to be in staging at 8:15AM. If you are not present for your event, you may be disqualified. Also, there will not be any exhibition matches. Rules: Equipment: Awards: Contact Info: Poomsae - Single Elimination - Bracketed Competition. 14 & older Black Belts will follow WTF Poomsae format. Sparring- as outlined by the USAT All Black Belts compete with Daedo E-Hogus. All Belts & Ages - E-Hogus WILL be provided; Athletes must provide their own E-Foot Gear. Daedo E-Foot Gear is Mandatory. E-Foot Gear will be for sale $70 on site Friday-Sunday or for $59. WTF Taekwondo V-neck Uniform Mouthpieces required for all sparring competitors Trunk protector will be provided. Headgear (white or matching red/blue) Protective Cup (worn inside the pants) for all males. Recommended for females. Approved Forearm and Shin/Instep protectors.
