5 [In case of Team Kata, it is possible male, female or combined team (one girl & two boys or two girls & one boy) ] Each competitor can participate in more than 2 categories if he/she wants and as long as his/her age or weight fits in the categories. In other words, the number of participants is not limited. Every competitor attending this event should fill in the Entry Form to submit by registration deadline to OC. Entry Form A May 5 th, 2016 Entry Form B June 5 th, Entry Fee: The entry fee is USD 20 per each category and a fee of USD 10 is charged for each extra category. However, participants of the Kumite Individual Open (senior male & female) and the Team Kata (senior male & female) are charged 100 USD per category entry, because winners in those categories will receive the prize money. The confirmation will be confirmed officially only after the reception of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total amount. You will receive an invoice in order to pay the deposit (to confirm your Entry Fee). The balance has to be paid maximum June 5 th. 8. Prize Kumite Individual Open (Senior male & female) Team Kata (Senior male & female) 1 st place winner 500 USD 500 USD 2 nd place winner 300 USD 300 USD 3 rd place winner (two teams) 100 USD 100 USD Each of 1st, 2nd, 3rd winners will be awarded medals & diplomas of honors. You will be received this prize after taxes.

7 Therefore, all facilities will be a brand-new and we will provide the best customer service. Cancellation Conditions & Change for accommodation - At least 30 days prior to arrival, free of charge - 20 days prior to arrival, 25% fee of the total price for the booking will be charged for cancellations - 10 days prior to arrival, 50% fee of the total price for the booking, will be charged for cancellations - After 18 th July, 100% fee, of the total price for the booking will be charged for cancellations;

8 Please also note, when making changes to your reservations, in the last 10days, the charge is USD 20 change to cover office fees. 10. Meals Lunch & Dinner is optional. The applicants who would like to have Lunch or Dinner in the hotel ask to the OC directly. The applicant who applies for a voucher by 5th June, 2016 will have a lunchbox during the competition. There is no restaurants or stores near the competition venue. 11. Voucher 1 Voucher is USD 10 The OC will offer a lunchbox to the person who applies for a voucher by 5th June, 2016 For purchase on-site is NOT available. 12. Transportation For participants convenience, all transportation (Airport HQ Hotel / Competition Venue HQ Hotel ) will be provided free of charge only to the reserved for people who have booked in the HQ Hotel. Participants who will use the public transportation, Check a Shuttle Bus timetable as below. 13. Training For participants convenience, Training place will offer for free and located in the Competition venue. 14. Referees

9 Each delegation should participate in the game with at least Two referees. That s because it cannot be taken by only Korean referees. Accommodation will be free for 2 international referees approved by WKF or AKF per country who sent entry. For individual those should submit documentary evidence to organizing committee on entry application and should have to be proved by 5th June, Advantage The winners of the following championships will be free (only apply to individual category winner, not team) -The champion of Asian game or continental championships/continental junior and cadet championships hosting by continental Federation. - The medalists of WKF world championship and World Junior and Cadet Championships * Notice For individual who is applicable to above conditions should submit verification of the award to organizing committee for approval by 5 th June Registration Deadline Terms of Responsibility, Entry Form A on or before May 5 th, 2016 Entry Form B, Invitation Application Form, Voucher List, Name List on or before by 5th June, 2016 (With 2 Color photos 3x4 cm in white background. 11 20. Others All participants should have their Medical Insurance Policy covered for this Championships prior to participate this championships. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for this matter. Please be informed that you should give us the flight schedule both In & Out details prior to your departure to get the required arrangement at your convenience. Bring your national flag and audio CD copy of your national anthem. 21. Visa Requirements Considering international convention, mutuality doctrine, national profit and other such factors, certain countries are granted visa-free entry permissions. Nationals of the following countries are allowed up to 30 days of visa-free sojourn for tourism or visitation Exceptions: Canada is allowed up to 6 months, and United States, Australia, Hong Kong, Slovenia, and Japan are allowed up to 90 days.
