It will be held on Saturday, Feb. 10th, 2018 at the Steveston Indoor Tennis Court beginning at 9:00 AM. We are planning well ahead to have a safe, fair, and friendly tournament. Competition will start from Paddle Kumite, Team Kata, Kata Div. G, B, and Master s Div. Kata and Kumite. Events: Kata: All divisions will use the flag system except team Kata. * Flag system, single elimination * No mandatory Kata required, White & Yellow belts may repeat Katas, Orange belts and above cannot repeat katas (can alternate two katas each round) * Div. G & B: WKF system Kumite: All divisions are free sparring and stop time. * First to get 6 points wins. * Up to 13 yrs.: 1.5 minutes. * yrs. & Masters: 2 minute *WKF Div.
