2 1. COMPETITION VENUE & DATE Talkatora Indoor, New Delhi from 2 ND & 3 RD May, COMPETITION RULES The championship will be conducted as per the new WKF Rules on knock out basis. Last date for the submission of entry will be to be registered only online at Forms A, B & C must be sent to karateassociationofindia@gmail.com and also in original at B- 2/71, 2 nd Floor, Janak Puri, New Delhi on or before Players must wear clean white Karate uniform with WKF/KAI approved protective guards. Entry Fees Rs only per Player (Incl. Lunch for 2 nd & 3 rd of May, 2015) Late registration after will be charged Rs each. Team Registration Rs Note: Karate Association of India time to time financially helping poor and deserving meritorious Karate players for participation in International events. The state associations/style chiefs should also render their financial assistance to their poor and meritorious players for the participation in National championships. 3. AGE & WEIGHT CATEGORIES * As per new WKF Rules and as mentioned in Form C. Note: Age will be calculated as on the date of Championship. Please must carry your DOB proof. 4. Karate Championship, which will be held in New Delhi, India at Talkatora Indoor from 2 ND to 3 rd of May, 2015, with full knowledge of the Statutes, the Rules and the Norms of the Karate Association of India, pledge myself to faithfully accomplish the regulations of this before mentioned entity, and I take any and all administrative, civil and criminal responsibilities of whatever happens to our athletes, coaches and other members of our delegation participating in this championship, before, during and after the competition, such as physical injuries, personal expenses, or monetary debts and casual material damages to the hotels, the venue, means of transportation, departure on time, etc. Furthermore, I exempt from any legal, civil or criminal responsibilities the organizers of the Championships, the Karate Association of India, its members/office bearers, its directors, as well as any person, company, or entity related to the event (sponsors, public and private entities). I authorize the organizers of the event to use images, photos and the names of our competitors and other members of our delegation (as considered necessary) for the sport activities and publications of karate, related to the event, without any monetary compensation.
