2 Bike overview For 2013, Norco engineers crossed our award-winning Sight with the game-changing 650B wheel size. The experiment resulted in a meaner, more aggressive and more capable trail bike so we called it the Sight Killer B. The new bike features 650B-specific geometry and retains all of the qualities that made the original Sight great: explosive climbing, confident, controlled descending and precise handling. But the Sight Killer B also has an extra dose of attitude that makes it even more confident than its namesake. For those riders who always take the lead in a pack, this bike will be right there with you urging you to ride faster and push harder. Intended use The Sight Killer B is designed for aggressive trail riders: the types who always search out the most challenging lines and the toughest features. Like its forerunner, the Sight Killer B is an exceptional climber. As soon as it sniffs out a descent, however, it takes on the demeanor of a killer bee hell-bent on defending its hive. Every trail feature becomes a target, and the bike will indiscriminately attack berms, rock gardens, off-camber roots, drops and hits anything that gets in its way. The bike s incredible versatility makes it ideal for Enduro and Super D racing, as it gives riders an advantage on both the ups and the downs. The Sight Killer B is designed for riders who refuse to respect intended use categories. Bike story The Sight Killer B s most distinguishing feature is its 650B wheels, which are sure to change the way people think about trail riding. Offering the maneuverability and cornering ability of a 26 with the speed and rollover capability of a 29, 650B wheels hit that sweet spot and offer riders the advantages of both traditional wheel sizes with none of the drawbacks. Like that third bowl of porridge that Goldilocks scarfed down, the 650B is just right. Look a bit closer and you ll see that 650B wheels are not the only thing that sets the Sight Killer B apart from its predecessor. For starters, the original Sight frame was carefully redesigned to fully embrace the larger wheel size without losing anything that made last year s Sight so much fun to ride. Suspension kinematics are optimized to accentuate the benefits offered by 650B wheels. The Sight Killer B also features Norco s proprietary Gravity Tune technology, which fixes the front-centre/rear-centre ratio across frame sizes and ensures riders of all sizes experience optimal weight distribution and superior ride characteristics. In addition to the updated geometry, the Sight Killer B frame is built stronger and slightly burlier to accommodate the aggressive style of riding it was designed for. A lower BB increases high-speed stability, while the exceptionally stiff rear-end practically begs to be railed into corners with nary a twitch of the brakes. Thanks to 140mm of finely tuned A.R.T. suspension, the bike explodes out of corners with a controlled abandon that will have you grinning from ear to ear. Components are meticulously selected to perform in the extreme situations that hard-charging riders often find themselves in. The Sight Killer B: an entirely new beast that will give gravity-oriented trail riders the ride of their lives.

A superbly balanced platform, the Sight enables riders to combine all of their favourite trails into a single day of riding up, down and everything in between. The Sight is so remarkably capable that it makes riders better; it climbs with the competence of a short travel race bike and descends with the confidence of a long travel gravity rig. For 2013, Norco engineers made it a priority to carry over all of the qualities that made the original Sight so much fun to ride: 140mm of trail-tuned A.R.T. suspension, optimized geometry, short chain stays and a super-stiff rear end are integral to the bike s liveliness.
