2 SPECIFIC REGULATIONS ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION The 110 FYEN RUNDT is organized by Cykling Odense and, Højstrupvej 9, 5200 Odense V, Denmark under the regulations of the International Cycling Union. It`s to be held on 10 June 2017 starting at hrs. ARTICLE 2. TYPE OF EVENT The event, ME 1.2 is open to athletes of categories Men Elite and Men Under 23. The event is entered on the UCI Europe Tour calendar. The event is registered as a class 2 event. In conformity with the UCI rules, points are awarded as follows: for the UCI ranking ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION As per article of the UCI regulations, the event is open to the following teams: - UCI professional continental teams of the country - UCI foreign professional continental teams (max. 2) - UCI continental teams - National teams - Regional and club teams Teams must be formed of minimum 4 and maximum 6 riders. ARTICLE 4. RACE HEADQUARTERS Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters, license checkup and collect their start numbers at the race headquarter Friday 9. June from to hrs. Located at the following address: Odense Idrætspark, Højstrupvej 5, 5200 Odense V The race headquarter will open again Saturday 10 June from hrs. to hrs. located at the following address: Munkemose near by the finish line, in the finish area. Here will it be possible to pick up the pricemoney. The team managers meeting, organized in accordance with article of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the Members of the Commissaries Panel, is scheduled for hrs. on Friday 10 June at Odense Idrætshal Højstrupvej 5, 5200 Odense V ARTICLE 5. 3 ARTICLE 5a. Place for the start. Odense Center - Munkemose ARTICLE 6. RADIO-TOUR Race information will be broadcast on the following frequency: MHz, ARTICLE 7. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT The neutral support is taken care of by means of: 3 service cars. ARTICLE 8. FINISHING TIME LIMITS Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 8% shall not be placed. The time limit may, in exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissaires Panel in agreement with the organizer. ARTICLE 9. CLASSIFICATIONS The following classification will be issued: individual and hill classification there will be 3 hillsprint, each hill sprint will give point for number The rider with most point will win the completion. In case of two riders have same point, numbers of first places will decide ranking still same point the last hill sprint will decide the ranking. To be placed, riders have to fulfill the race. ARTICLE 10. PRIZES The following prizes are awarded: The first 20 riders in individual classification A grand total of will be awarded in prize money at the event. ARTICLE 12. Awards ceremony In accordance with article of the UCI rules, the following riders must attend the official awards ceremony: The winner of hill sprint competition will be announced over radio tour. And number 1, 2 and 3 in the race. The riders shall present themselves at the podium area right after crossing the finish line.
