3 REGISTRATION / REGULATIONS REGISTRATION PROCESS REGULATIONS EVENT REGULATIONS EVENT OFFICIALS COMMISSAIRES National Federations will receive an entry form from the FFC which will have to be sent back to Jonathan NOYANT (j.noyant@ffc.fr). Team managers have to pay fees in cash at the sign-in desk. Registration deadline is Thursday 18 th January Late fee will be applied (National Rule) for registrations received after Wednesday 24 th January Late registrations can only be accepted if moto sheets are not full. Any cancellation must be reported to Jonathan NOYANT. There will be no refund for such cancellation. REGISTRATION FEES Indoor International: 24 per pilot and per race Supercross (Boys and Girls from 13 to 16): 30 per pilot UCI regulations will be enforced for all categories during Indoor d Avignon International competition: Numbers on jerseys: riders without a permanent UCI career number must not print a number on the back of their jersey. Full-zip jerseys are forbidden. Use of clip pedals: riders aged 13 and older are allowed to use clip pedals. FRONT AND SIDE PLATES Since photo finish system is utilized, each bicycle entered into competition must display a lateral number plate located just behind the steer tube. Any pilot whose bike is equipped with a nonconforming plate will be refused for both race and warm-up. Numbers sticked on the frame are forbidden (ref. BMX FFC rules about lateral plates). 4 SIGN-IN DESK SIGN-IN DESK CONFIRMATIONS You will find a sign-in desk at the main entrance of the Parc des Expositions Hall G That desk will be used to: Welcome pilots and team managers to give them any information about the competition. Confirm registration, provide official accreditations, etc. Envelopes will be delivered to pilots upon presentation of their 2018 BMX license card. Entry fees will be paid in cash as soon as your arrive in the Parc des Expositions. OPENING HOURS Friday: 14:00 to 21:00 Saturday: from 07:30 Sunday: from 07:00 Outside of these hours you can ask information to the reception desk situated at the entrance of the Parc des Expositions. 6 PRIZE MONEY / AWARDS PRIZE MONEY AWARD CEREMONIES Trophies and prizes will be given to the 3 first pilots of each category on the podium during the Award Ceremony. Tickets will be delivered by the organization and given to the 4th to 8th pilots at the end of finals, allowing them to get their prizes out of the Award Ceremony. 9 GENERAL PUBLIC INFO PARKINGS LOCATION Two car parks accessible from the chemin des félons are located near the Parc des Expositions Parking P3 : Exponent, Press, Camping (right on the map) Parking public and riders (at the top on the map) CAMPING Camping is allowed and free of charge into the parking P3. SECURITY No parking supervision will be provided. However, the BMX Organization and Avignon Tourism Associations can not be held responsible for any theft or damage that may be committed on the car parks, and the entire site of the event. SPECTATOR ACCESS ENTRANCE FEE Indoor d Avignon International general public fees are the following : TARIFS ADULTES ENFANTS LICENCIES Salon +12 ans 8 à 12 ans FFC Jour Open pro +12 ans 2 à 12 ans FFC Samedi soir Pass 3 jours +12 ans 2 à 12 ans FFC Salon, Indoor et Open Admission is free for children under 8 years old on the Salon and for children under 2 years old for the Open pro and 3 day pass (on the parents' lap). The Salon entrance gives access to all HALLS during the 3 days until 18:00. Nocturnal on Saturdays until 22:00 which will give access then to HALL B, the restoration HALL E and the restoration Exterior. To access the HALL A and attend the OPEN PRO, see the rates on the board. Registration and participation in the BMX indoor race gives access to the entire Salon (Avignon Vélo Passion Vaucluse) and halls (A, B, C, D, E, E1, F and L) during the 3 days. To access the HALL A during the Open Pro on Saturday evening, it will either participate in the competition or pay a new payment (10 for people redundant). Hall A will be evacuated on Saturday evening at 18:00 to bring in people with an entry for the Open pro. 12 COUNTRY / CLUB AREA PROCESS A special area will be dedicated to team riders on the Hall F. Location fees are: Countries/Clubs: 180 (18m²) / 120 (9m²) The rental of a stand entitles you to: 2 Pass, 10 Free Entries for Friday and 2 invitations for the INDOOR BMX on Saturday evening. Precision: Planting pickets or other equipment onto the ground or the wall is strictly forbidden. Installation schedule will be the next: Friday: 14:00 21:00 Saturday: 08:00 10:00 Exit can be effected on Sunday after the last final. Access to the HALL F will be done only after the withdrawal of the envelope at the reception.
