2 2. TYPE OF EVENT The main event is an olympic cross country race (XCO). It is open to athletes of the Women Elite + U9 and Elite + U9 categories. The event is entered on the UCI MTB calendar. All other race classes will be part of the national calendar. The main event is registered as class C2 event in the international UCI calendar. In conformity with the UCI rules, points for the UCI ranking are awarded as follows: Ranking C2Elite RACE OFFICE The race office shall be open starting from Friday (exact time is following in the schedule on the event homepage) and is located at the following address: Harkortberg Germany Team representatives are requested to confirm their starters and collect their race numbers at the race headquarters during the official office hours. The team managers' meeting, organized in accordance with article of the UCI regulations, in the presence of the Members of the commissaires Panel, is scheduled for Friday, June 8 th 208 at 7:30 pm at the stage on the festival area. 4. TIME KEEPING Time & Voice Sabrina Scheer LehrerSchröderWeg Hagen info@timeandvoice.com The time keeping will be realized by an active transponder system. Results will be published at & 5. REGISTRATION Registration for the race will be done with the bank transfer until Wednesday June 6 th 208 (.59 pm) to the MTBNRWCup Account. AWARDS CEREMONY In accordance with article.2.2 of the UCI rules, the following riders must attend the official awards ceremony: The first rider of the event The winners of the following secondary classifications: the first five positions in the ranking The awards ceremony will be listed in the time schedule. 8. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT The technical support at the festival area (not in the technical zone of the race) is handled by Metal Motion Bikes Vormholzer Str. 2a Witten +49 (0) NEAREST HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL BASE The medical base of the event is located at the event area and is managed by Deutsches Rotes Kreuz DRKOrtsverein Wetter (Ruhr) e.v. The antidoping tests will take place at: Vereinsheim TGH Wetter Wetterberg 4 (00m to event area). In the last round of the leader, the competition committee can still take out well rounded drivers behind the finish line, so that the rest of the race is not disturbed. 4 / 5

RACE SCHEDULE The current valid race schedule ist published at The inofficial training times will be on Friday from 0:00 am to 08:00 pm, Saturday from 7:00 am to 09:5 am and on Sunday from 7:00 am to 09:5 am. For the rest of the time other races will be cross some parts of the course. During the races, training is not allowed. Ambulance only will be there at the official race times like the time schedule. 5. STARTING REGISTER All drivers must subscribe the starting register in the race office. This register will be used by the jury to announce the drivers before start. Drivers who had not subscribed will not be announced and will start from the back of the field. The signing of the starting register and registration of the postregistration could be subscribed until hour before start of the race. All participants who made a postregistration will start from the back of the field (exempt drivers of the UCIcategory with UCI points). This starting register will also be used as starting order and will be used effectively for the preparations of the drivers. 6. RACE TRACK The race track (4,8km / 65hm), including the Feed/ TechnicalZones is showing at the following pages. Depending on the number of riders, the start loop runs around the festivalarea or runs along a forest road up to the regular race track. Please consider the information in race office and team managers' meeting. 7. ACCOMMODATION / TEAMAREA There are several types of accommodations and places of the teamarea to book on Please book in time because of the limited space at the festivalarea! 8. PARKING There is no parking directly at the festivalarea at Harkortberg. Please follow the signs to shuttleparking and use the free shuttleservice. Parking: Wasserstraße 6 Germany 9. COMMENTS Because of the German YouthBundesliga, riders of the U5 and U7 category must take part in the ABUSSlalom race as qualification of the XCOrace.
