Electric Shifters
BlipBox BlipBox Wireless Shifter Dimensions 18 mm 40.6 mm 61.5 mm 2 Front (Button side) Side Back (Battery/Mount) Notes: 1 Overall dimensions are subject to change during the development. 2 Button access needed for pairing and adjustment of the derailleurs Rev D Electric
BlipBox BlipBox Wireless Shifter with Connectors 18 mm 1 72 mm Notes: 1 Allow sufficient space for shifter and connector length in desired mounting location Rev D Electric
BlipBox Mounting Specifications Lock mount Threaded direct mount M4x0.7 thread pitch, 4.6 mm depth Notes: Consider additional clearance for 90 lock mount Cable connections can be made after mounting with proper port access. Button access is only needed for setup. 90 mount is compatible with all SRAM/Zipp Quickview mounts. BlipBox must be mounted externally on the bike to maintain integrity of the wireless signal Rev D Electric
Blips Remote Shift Buttons and Connector Dimensions Left shift button Right shift button 1 2 Wire lengths 150 mm 230 mm 450 mm 650 mm 2.5 mm wire diameter mm mm connector diameter Notes: 1 Consider the connector diameter and wire length when routing wires internally. 2 Choose the wire lengths based on application and desired location of the Blips Rev D Electric
BlipBox and Blips Internal Mounting Specifications Side A Side B 100 mm mm Notes: 1 2 Internally mounted shifter setup requires the Blip wires to be routed external of bar, stem, and frame materials a minimum of 100 mm per side. Routing under bar tape is acceptable within the 100 mm length Rev D Electric
Blip Clamp and BlipGrip Remote Shifter Mounting mm bar 31.8 mm bar mm TT Extensions Notes: 1 Button holder designed for 31.8 mm bar mounting. 2 Direct mount under the handlebar tape for 22.2 mm through 35 mm diameter bars Rev D Electric
etap Shift/Brake Levers Remote Shifter Connections 2 Notes: The left and right shifter brake each provide two additional ports for auxiliary remote shifter buttons. Use plugs when remote shifters are not in use. Provide a small amount of slack in the wire for shifter brake repositioning. Route the wires underneath the bar tape Rev D Electric

PressFit 30 SRAM PressFit 30 (PF30) bottom brackets have been designed and tested to work within the bounds of the dimensions and tolerances in the shell specifications and bottom bracket specifications. Materials, manufacturing methods, and frame shell designs can potentially influence the performance of the bottom bracket, even when the shell is manufactured to these specifications. In these instances, it is recommended that bicycle manufacturers confirm the bottom bracket system performance with individual frame configurations. Things that should be considered when evaluating the frame and bottom bracket interaction include, but are not limited to: Loosening of the adapter cups from the bottom bracket shell (frame material choice can greatly affect friction coefficient). Binding of bearings within the bottom bracket. For more information regarding PF30 bottom bracket technical information, contact your SRAM representative. Avid Single Digit, BB7 MTB, and BB5 MTB mechanical disc brakes are compatible with virtually all side-pull specific brake levers. As with any side-pull brake, it is recommended to use adjustable leverage brake levers when using Single Digit, BB7 MTB, and BB5 MTB mechanical disc brakes Rev D Brakes
Single Digit Link to Arm Dimension The link must be a minimum of 38 mm from the inside edge of the cable arm to prevent the link from contacting the cable anchor arm. If the link and arms are too far apart, the top of the brake arm can extend too far from the frame or fork and interfere with the rider's feet. > 38 mm Brake Pad Adjustment Slot Single Digit Brakes Min mm Max 35 mm 19 mm 38 mm 19 mm Rev D Brakes
Single Digit Cable Link / Noodle / Boot WARNING - CRASH HAZARD Roller-Type Noodles: Do not use roller-type noodles with Avid side-pull brakes. Due to the radius of most roller-type noodles, and the diameter of the brake cable, there is a safety concern. The Avid cable link on all side-pull brakes is made of stainless steel and is riveted onto the brake arm. It is specifically designed for use with the Avid noodle. The Avid noodle on Single Digit 7/SL is specifically designed to allow the installation and removal from the link without removing the Overcoat boot from the noodle tip. The noodle is available in the following bends: 90, 110, and 135 degrees. Overcoat Boot Installation Rev D Brakes
