2 DIRECTIONS TO TRACK: is conveniently located in Lexington, Ohio, 60 miles north of Columbus and 75 miles south of Cleveland From Columbus: Take I-71 north to State Route 95 east. Follow State Route 95 for two miles and go north on State Route 314 for 15 miles. Turn right on Steam Corners Road. Mid-Ohio is one mile on the left. From Cleveland: Take I-71 south to U.S. 30. Go west on U.S. 30 to State Route 314 south. Follow State Route 314 for seven miles and turn left on Steam Corners Road. Mid-Ohio is one mile on the left. PADDOCKING AND PARKING INFORMATION: Paddock will open to World Challenge teams Wednesday July 31, 2013 at 10:00 am. Points leaders will be on asphalt. Our paved paddock is not large enough to accommodate all entered teams so be aware, you may be assigned paddock area in the grass. Please bring plywood for a solid work surface. PROMOTER TEST DAY: There will be a NON-SCCA PRO sanctioned; Promoter Organized Test Day, Thursday, August1 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Advance arrangements can be made through. Teams participating in the test day are responsible to confirm times with the promoter. Teams can pre-register by July 25, for a discounted fee of $425. Teams registering after July 26, or the day of the test will pay $525. After registration is closed the racetrack controls access to the facility and a ticket must be purchased to gain access. Once a ticket has been purchased there are NO REFUNDS. Registration can be expedited by making sure that all paperwork is filled out ahead of time. Must have photo ID to pick up packages. ICE: Ice can be purchased from Mid-Ohio s concession stands. HOSPITALITY AND TEAM RVs: Teams interested in hospitality should contact Cindy Loomis, Food Service Manager, cloomis@midohio.com. Equipment rental (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) should contact Mary Wier, Event Director, (614) , mwier@midohio.com Motorcoach spaces will be $100. Space size will be 15 x 55 feet wide for grass area. The awning fee is $2,500 (required for any provision of food service not contracted through the promoter). These passes can be purchased at Gate 3 Guest Services headquarters.

4 NITROGEN SUPPLY: AIRGAS, contact AIRGAS or GOLF CART RENTAL: Advance reservations are required. Please contact (Golf Cart & Equipment Co.) at (800) or (614) to make reservations. Payment in full is due at time of reservation. Personal/team golf cart use requires the purchase of a $100 vehicle pass. Golf Cart vehicle pass is sold by the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and is available at the main ticket office. Golf carts must be operated by licensed drivers. DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING: Trash receptacles and Safety-Kleen disposal/recycling stations are located throughout the Mid-Oho Sports Car Course paddock compound(s). Each of the containers is labeled to indicate their intended use. Please dispose of your waste responsibly. Do not pour oil, gas, coolant or any other automotive fluid on the ground. 24 HR. Fuel containers of any size, whether full or empty, may not be discarded at the facility. You will be billed for any such containers at the rate charged to Mid-Ohio plus 50%. LOCAL REGULATIONS: CAMPING: Motor home camping is restricted to self contained motor homes (running water with holding tank) and is permitted only in designated areas. Spaces are limited to 15 x55. Camping is subject to a fee. Passes can be purchased at the Gate 3 Guest Services headquarters. Spectator tent camping is permitted in the general campground area and the rules for the campground will be strictly enforced. No Firearms are permitted on Mid-Ohio Property. Mid-Ohio is not CCW complaint. No Fireworks are permitted on Mid-Ohio property. RENTAL EQUIPMENT, CHAIRS, TABLES: Deliveries of rental equipment (i.e. forklifts, golf carts, etc.) by non-approved vendors is not be allowed. Contact Mary Wier, Event Director, (614) , wier@midohio.com. PETS: No pets are allowed at the facility. SPEED LIMIT: Speed limit in all spectator areas is 20 mph. BIKES/SCOOTERS: Tow vehicles, ATV s, mopeds, etc. are not allowed out of the paddock or false grid areas. Only licensed mopeds may leave the paddock areas. Bikes are not allowed anywhere on the Mid- Ohio property.

5 PASSENGER VEHICLE/MOTORHOME PARKING: Parking: Only team transporters and associated vehicles will be permitted to park in the competitor transport areas of the paddocks. All other vehicles will be required to use general parking areas. Traffic and fire lanes must be kept open. Parking rules/signs will be strictly enforced in the paddocks and throughout. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the spectator amphitheater mounds. Do not block the view of other spectators. All platforms must be permanently mounted on truck beds, not more than six feet high, and incapable of being elevated. TRUCK WASHING: Teams interested in truck washing should contact Dave Schwall, Operations Manager at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for contact information. (1-800-MID-OHIO or (419) Competitor Facility Rules 1. No pets of any kind are permitted at. 2. Staking of awnings is not permitted on the asphalt. Please use weights to secure your awnings. 3. Personal vehicles are not permitted in any of the paddock areas. 4. Personal golf carts (those not rented from Golf Car and Equipment) require a $100 vehicle pass. All golf carts must be operated by a licensed driver. 5. Motorized vehicles are not permited on spectator mounds. 6. No scooters are permitted to leave the paddock area at any time unless to attend an authorized function. 7. For safety concerns, no bicycles are permitted at. 8. No personal off road vehicles or ATVs are permitted on Mid-Ohio property. 9. No firearms are permitted on Mid-Ohio property. 10. All photographic, video and digital images taken during any track event, including those featuring spectators or competitors, whether made or purchased by or its affiliates, are property of and may be used in advertising and promotional materials at its sole discretion. 11. All motor homes that are permitted to park in the competitor paddock area will be accessed a fee. 12. Hospitality should be arranged through the catering department. If outside catering is brought in, teams will be charged a $2,500 catering buyout fee. 13. If a competitor or crew member leaves the paddock area for any reason, please remember to take your credential with you. Proper credentials are to be shown to gate personnel to allow access to the paddock areas by everyone, no exceptions. 14. Paddocks must be cleared by 10:00pm on Sunday evening. 15. Racing engines shall not be run after 10:00pm or before 6:30am 16. Please secure your car/trailer/equipment and other valuables. Do not leave your paddock area without securing your belongings. 17. is not responsible for damage to personal property. Failure to abide by these rules may result in expulsion from the premises.
