I. Class Assignment A. Heritage drivers will be assigned to a Class according to their previous season's average times from their last 4 races of the 2016 season (if available). B. New drivers and any driver entering after the start of the season will be assigned to a Class according to the average times gathered from a 10-lap qualification race run on Thursdays at 1:00 pm. C. Class Movement a) Drivers can move to higher or lower Class by filling out a Petition Form and submitting it to the Race Committee. The Race Committee will determine if the move is appropriate on a case by case basis. b) Points will be not carried from one class to another, instead the driver will be awarded points as such; Number of Races run by the driver to date for the class the driver is moving from x 40 points. For example a Driver is moving from SPT2 class and has completed 4-races in that class, the point value the driver will receive in the PRO2 class will be 160 points (4- races x 40 points = 160 points). c) Drivers can only be assigned within the same Division and not cross-divisions (for example PRO-2 and PRO-4, not PRO-2 and SPT-4)

2 D. Open Class Option If any PRO or SPT class has 5-drivers or less at the beginning of the season the Race Committee may combine the PRO & SPT classes into an Open Class for the entire season. One Championship will be awarded for an Open Class. i. No changes will be made even if the class grows to over 5-Drivers during the season. E. Combining Races If there are only 5-drivers or less that show up to a race the drivers will be combined with the other like class (2WD or 4WD). Points will be awarded separately for each class. II. Points: A. Drivers will be awarded points for all places in the Main races in all classes (no points for Heat Races). B. Points will be awarded as follows; 1 st = 50 pts, 2 nd = 49 pts, 3 rd = 48 pts, 4 th = 47 pts, etc filling all places that are run for each Main race. C. Championships will be awarded on the total amount of points for the season. D. Awards will be presented for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd places in each class E. See Table 1 Points Example for explanation of multiple Main Race completions: i. Each Main race will stand on its own drivers will not be awarded points in relation to other Main races. For example a driver with a faster completion time in a C Main race than a completion time of a B Main driver will not be placed about the B Main driver - C Main places remain in C Main. III. Racing A. Race Track Configurations i. Technical Configuration ii. Oval Configuration iii. It will be determined at the beginning of the season which configurations will be run on specific dates. The Technical Configuration will be scheduled for the majority of the dates. iv. The configuration may be changed at the last minute as determined by the Race Committee due to track conditions. v. A configuration will be run for the entire day of racing including Heat Races and Main Races for all classes. B. Heat Races i. Heat Races are run to determine what position a driver will start in the Main Races. a) Heat Race length on the Technical configuration: PRO2, PRO4, SPT2 and SPT4 = 5-minute duration on either Technical or Oval configuration. ZOOMERS will not run Heat Races b) Maximum of 8-cars in each Heat Race C. Main Races i. Main Races will determine championship points ii. All drivers that start the Main race will receive points except in a case of a DQ. DNFs will be placed according to number of laps finished or laps and times if the same number of laps were completed with the race run. iii. Maximum of 8-cars will be assigned to each Main race. The number of Main races will be determined by the number of entries. iv. Main races wil run in inverse order C, B, A according to Heat race times. v. Main Race length will be: a) 12-laps on the Technical configuration b) 25-laps on the Oval configuration vi. ZOOMERS Main Race length will be: a) 6-laps on the Technical configuration b) 10-laps on the Oval configuration D. Race Information i. A completed race is when the leader crosses the finished line. All other drivers MUST complete the lap they are currently on when the leader crosses the line. ii. DQ Disqualification where no points will be awarded. If the DQ is serious enough the driver may be ejected from the track as determined by the Race Committee. The Board may take further actions of removing the driver from the Zoomers Club. A DQ is issued when a driver:

3 a) Abuses a Marshall b) Abuses other drivers c) Purposely cheats by advancing in the race by jumping barriers is found the car does not meet posted specifications d) Or other actions that the Race Committee and/or Board consider offensive. iii. DNF Did Not Finish A DNF occurs when the driver pulls the car from the race prior to the leader crossing the finish line. a) In a Heat Race the DNF driver will receive the average time for the laps completed for position assignment in the Main Race. b) In a Main race the DNF driver will get credit for the laps completed and receive the awarded points for that finish position. iv. Heat Race a short race where the Average time for the Heat Race will determine what position the driver will start in the Main race. E. Last Car Standing i. Last Car standing is an open race for anyone wanting to race. ii. Race will last for 6-minutes on the Technical configuration. iii. Cars are eliminated if they are; a) Immobile stuck on rail Turtled on the roof and cannot be turned over on the side and cannot be righted by the driver b) exited the track iv. Marshals will remove the car from the track and lay them in the turtle position for safety of bystanders and Marshall. After 6-minutes the race will be stopped, any cars that are still left will run a 1-lap winner takes all race. v. Marshalls will not take any actions during the 1-lap race. F. Schedule i. Championship Sundays for 2017 January 8 - Technical January 15 - Technical January 22 - Technical January 29 - Oval February 5 - Technical February 12 - Technical February 19 - Technical February 26 - Oval March 5 - Technical March 12 - Technical March 19 - Technical G. Rain Days i. If a Race cannot be run on Sunday due to weather conditions it will be rescheduled for the following day. ii. If it cannot be run on Monday then the race will be dropped and no points awarded. H. Race Day Sequence i. 1:15 1:25 Drivers Meeting ii. 1:30 1:50 Open Practice all classes iii. 1:50 2:00 Race Preparations iv. 2:00 ~4:00 Championship Races a) Heat Races TRG (if there are more than 8-drivers) b) Main Race TRG c) Heat Races SPT2 PRO2 SPT4 PRO4 d) Intermission ~10 minutes

4 e) Main Races ZOOMERS SPT2 PRO2 SPT4 PRO4 f) Last Car Standing I. Marshalls see separate document J. Barrier Jumps i. Cars that jump a barrier into another lane; a) DO NOT TRY TO JUMP BACK OVER THE BARRIER TO GET BACK INTO YOUR PREVIOUS LANE. Drivers that purposely jump back over will be assessed 1-lap penalty on the first offense 3-lap penalty on the second offense for additional offenses the Race Committee will determine penalty on a case by case basis b) If the jump is not to your advantage continue racing from the lane you landed. c) If the jump is to your advantage places you ahead of where you would be normally - you must move to a position out of the race path and put yourself back into your position. Race Committee may take actions against those that purposely take advantage on a case by case basis. d) Marshalls may assist by placing the car back in the proper lane Drivers can indicate to the Marshalls which lane the car is to be placed by verbal and hand signals. IV. Cars A. All RC cars are to be battery operated, no nitro cars allowed B. Maximum battery size not to exceed 2-cell (2S) C. All RC cars are to be classified as 1/10 scale D. No open wheel cars allowed in the Zoomer, SPT, PRO classes or Last Car Standing race. E. Truggy cars are SPEC Class cars, they all must maintain the following factory parts; i. Body style new body can be purchased and painted a) Team Associate Truggy 4.2 body ii. Motor a) Reedy 3300 iii. ESC a) Reedy 3300 iv. Tires or pre-qualified substitute a) Team Associate Front and Rear tires b) No pre-qualified tires are currently allowed v. Frame a) Team Associate Truggy 4.2 frame vi. Suspension a) Team Associate Truggy 4.2 suspension b) After market suspension parts that ONLY increase reliability will be allowed. vii. Shocks a) Team Associate Truggy 4.2 shocks viii. Springs a) Team Associate Truggy 4.2 Springs ix. No weight adjustments can be made F. Technical Inspections i. Technical Inspections are used to verify cars meet rules. a) Technical Inspections may be called to verify Truggy class cars to ensure all factory parts are being used and no other parts have been substituted.

5 ii. All classes to verify Traxxas TSM systems are shut off All classes to verify battery are 2S. Traxxas TSM (Traxxas Stability Management) or any manufacturer's stability control system will not be allow on any car. a) It may be determined that a list of drivers be kept by the Race Committee of those drivers that have a TSM system on their cars. b) If a driver is caught using a TSM the car will be disqualified from the Championship Racing until it is verified that the TSM system has been disabled.
