Entry Fees: Entry fee for Tag Super Series shall be $85.00 which includes twilight levy. Entry fee for club day shall be Seniors,Juniors, Rookies and Cadets $70.00 Cash or cheque we have no efpos TaG R light, TaG R heavy & TaG R Super Heavy drivers must hold a Minimum D, Provisional, or C grade license. Tag 125 Light & Heavy drivers must hold a minimum B grade senior license Formula Junior Max as per the AKA For Tag Super Series Classes the date and time for close of entry shall be 12.00pm Saturday 22 FEBRUARY For Club Day Classes the date and time for close of entry shall be 8.30pam Sunday 23 FEBRUARY 2014 For club day minimum licence requirement is Grade D Provisional, subject to class licence restrictions 8. Minimum Entries: The minimum number of entries per class shall be (5). If insufficient entries are received for a class, classes may be cancelled or combined at the discretion of the Organiser. 3 9. Format of Racing Must comply with Chapter 18: Competitors must complete a FULL ROLLDOWN LAP AFTER THE CHEQURED FLAG is PRESENTED. Racing format for Tag Super Series: The winner of the event will be determined by FINAL ONLY COUNTS Heats 1and 2 12 Laps Pre Final 15 Laps Final 20 Laps Track Cut Through Must Not Be Used Unless Directed By An Official To Do so. Timed Qualifying: One (1) x Four (4) minute qualifying session [as per rule 16.05(c)], timing to start when 1 st kart crosses timing loop after Two (2) Carby Session Laps. Four minute qualifying starts with GREEN light. The Chequered Flag will signal the end of the qualifying session. (a) HEAT ONE and TWO Grid positions from qualifying fastest time to Grid Position One to be run over a distance 12 Laps. (c) PRE FINAL: Grid positions for pre final will be from heat points lowest points to Grid Position One to be run over a distance of 15 Laps d) FINAL: The finishing order from PREFINAL to Grid Position One, and so on. To be run over a distance of 20 laps. Finishing order of the final determines the winning positions in each class. Point Score System for Heats (e) Points allocation for Heats: shall be 1 st place =0, 2nd place=2, 3 rd place =3 points etc. A DNS or DNF shall result in points added equal to the number of entries in that class plus one (1). (f) If a competitor does not record a qualifying time, they will be placed at the rear of the grid for Heat 1 Any part of the meeting that is run under lights it is a requirement that CLEAR VISORS MUST BE USED Racing format for club day: The winner of the event will be determined by FINAL ONLY COUNTS Cadets, Rookies, Juniors & Seniors Heats 1and 2 10 laps Pre final and Final 12 laps Track Cut Through Must Not Be Used Unless Directed By An Official To Do so. Drivers Briefing: 1.00pm pm In front of Race Secretaries shed. Carby/Qualifying: 1.30pm Racing starts: As soon as qualifying finished. Presentations At least one hour after the conclusion of each final event Club Day : Sunday23rd FEBRUARY 2014 Entries open: 7.00pm Close of entry: 8.30 am. Scrutineering: 7.30am to 8.30am at rear of Race Secretaries shed. Drivers Briefing: 8.45 pm In front of Race Secretaries shed. Carby/Qualifying: 9.00am. Racing starts: As soon as qualifying finished. Presentations At least one hour after the conclusion of each final event. 11. Prizes: Trophies will be awarded 1 st 2 nd and 3 rd places in each class with a minimum of five (5) entries 12. Insurance: Insurance has been affected for this meeting in accordance with Chapter Mechanical Breakdown Lane: A mechanical breakdown lane will not be in use. 14. Historic Kart Demonstrations: A Historic Kart track demonstration will not be conducted at this meeting per Chapter 47. Page 4 of 5

5 15. Conduct: The removal of both hands from the steering wheel or both feet from the pedals will result in the driver being penalised. 16. Photographic Materials: Photographic material taken for purpose of promotion of the sport at this event becomes the property of the Karting NSW and is usable for promotion and advertising programs. 17. Safety Vests/ Clothing: A minimum dress standard of an AKA Orange vest must be worn by all Race Officials listed on the Supplementary Regulations/addendums/bulletins who need to enter the race circuit.except for flag marshals who shall wear AKA official green/ yellow vest. Anyone else entering the race circuit must wear non AKA high visibility vest or shirt 18. Camping & Accommodation: Camping is most welcome at Wingham Sporting Complex. There is to be NO FIRES the pit area. Plenty of local accommodation including motels B&B caravan parks & hotels. Please contact you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. 19. Starting Please be advised that as per rule (iv) 2 the 10 second penalty for starting infringement will apply. Karts are to approach the starting area at a constant pace and in formation. Do not accelerate until the front row of karts has crossed the yellow acceleration line painted on the track surface. Background Note: Article 65 of the International Sporting Code of the FIA, under which all competitions will be conducted, sets out the information that should be included in the Supplementary Regulations. These supplementary Regulations are to be read in conjunction with the General Standing Regulations, National Competition Rules and Australian Kart Formula for Sprint Racing as laid down in the current AKA Manual.
