The event will be run according to the 2017 Speedway New Zealand General Rules And Regulations. 2. All drivers must hold a current SNZ Inc.Licence and all vehicles must comply with The current Speedway New Zealand Rule book and supplementary regulations under Technical and Racing Rule T Noise level of 95dba will be enforced as measured on the track infield. 4. Electronic Lapscoring will be used. Lapscoring will be by way of the Dorian Data-1tm. Timing/Scoring system. The official transmitter for Electronic Lapscoring is Dorian Data-1 TX8000TM. Vehicles without a transmitter will not be permitted to race. Meeanee Speedway does not provide transmitters. 5. Smoking is prohibited in the pits and dummy grid area at all times. 6. All entry forms must be accompanied by a track clearance 7. The Promoter reserves the right to issue temporary numbers to avoid Duplication. Competitors will be advised of any such change to their racing number. 8. The promoter reserves the right to alter the format and closing date after consultation with officials, if deemed necessary. You will be notified of any such changes. 9. Technical Inspections Please pay attention to Rules E2-3-1 to E Sponsors advertising transfers may be affixed on each car. 11. Telephone entries will be accepted prior to written entry. Entries close Wednesday 19 th December In the event that you have already forwarded an entry form and discover that you are unable to attend this meeting, you must notify us as soon as possible. 13. In the event of a rainout the meeting will be run on Sunday 30 th December 2018, or on the next most opportune day and time at the Promoters discretion in consultation with SNZ. 14. Alcoholic beverages must not be consumed in the Pits any time before or during the meeting. The bar in the Clubrooms will be open after racing. 15. For promotional use, please complete the drivers profile form and include a clear coloured photograph of your car or photograph to speedwayhb@xtra.co.nz 16. There is no entry fee for this Championship. *However a LATE Entry FEE of $50.00 Will be Charged for Any Entries Received After the Closing Date of 19/12/18.

2 Vehicle Checking: Friday 28th December 2018 Vehicle Checking at the Meeanee Speedway Pits: 1.00pm to 3.00pm Drivers Briefing: 3.30pm All Competitors will assemble in the Club Rooms at 3.30pm for a briefing Practice: 4.00pm to 5.30pm. in groups (4 laps each) Racing Starts: 7.00pm Saturday 29th December 2018 Vehicle Checking at the Meeanee Speedway Pits: 2.00pm to 4.00pm Drivers Briefing: 4.30pm All Competitors will assemble in the Club Rooms at 4.30pm for a briefing Racing Starts: 7.00pm RACE FORMAT: M4-32 Qualifying - Competitors will be split into even groups (Number of Groups will be Determined by the Number of Entries received) each group will race three (3) Heats of 12 laps each, Grids will be Marble Drawn using the three-heat Championship format. Points will be accumulated over the three heats and the top 26 Qualifiers taken evenly from each Qualifying Group will go through to the Championship Final. In the event of a tied points situation, run off s will be held to determine the final 26 cars to go through. The next Top 52 cars will be Split into 2 Repercharge Races to be held on the second night, 12 laps each with the First and Second place cars from each race going through into the Championship Final. Finals - Top 20 Qualifiers - M Finals will consist of 30 Competitors racing over three (3) heats. Final Heats will be run over 15 Laps. Points will be awarded as per finishing position from 30 points for 1 st down to the last car to cross the finish line. Highest Points Scorer over three heats will be deemed the Winner of the North Island Stockcar Title. In case of a tie-on points for first, second or third a 4 Lap Run off will be held. Admission The Driver and one crew member of the tow vehicle will be given free entry Admission Prices Both nights Adult $25 Child* $10 Family** $60 * CHILD 8 to 15 years inclusive 7 and under free ** FAMILY (2 adults and up to 4 children, 8 to 15 years including) NOTE: You cannot get more than 2 adults in on a family pass

4 SUMMER STOCKCAR CUP - Format (This Championship is for the next TOP 30 Placed Cars after Qualifying) This Championship will consist of the next 30 Competitors racing over three (3) heats. Heats will be run over 15 Laps. Points will be awarded as per finishing position from 30 points for 1 st down to the last car to cross the finish line. Highest Points Scorer over three heats will be deemed the Winner of the Summer Stockcar Cup.
