1 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Waikaraka Park International Speedway Auckland New Zealand Minisprint Grand Prix 14 th & 15 th February The event will be run according to the Speedway New Zealand General Rules and Regulations. 2. All drivers must hold a current SNZ Inc. Licence and all vehicles must comply with the current Speedway New Zealand Rule book and supplementary regulations. 3. Noise level of 95dba will be enforced as measured on the track infield. 4. Electronic Lapscoring will be used. Lapscoring will be by way of the Dorian Data-1tm. Timing/Scoring system. The official transmitter for Electronic Lapscoring is Dorian Data-1 TX8000TM. Vehicles without a transmitter will not be permitted to race. Waikaraka Park International Speedway does not provide transmitters. 5. Smoking is prohibited in the dummy grid area at all times. 6. All entry forms must be accompanied by a track clearance 7. The Promoter reserves the right to issue temporary numbers to avoid duplication. Competitors will be advised of any such change to their racing number along with their application acceptance. It is a condition of entry that competing vehicles arrive at vehicle checking displaying the number allocated to them and that the numbers comply with the rules of Speedway New Zealand Inc. (no cardboard / paper numbers) 8. The promoter reserves the right to alter the format and closing date after consultation with officials, if deemed necessary. You will be notified of any such changes. 9. Sponsors advertising transfers may be affixed on each car. 10. Telephone entries will be accepted prior to written entry. Entries close 3 rd February In the event that you have already forwarded an entry form and discover that you are unable to attend this meeting, you must notify us as soon as possible. 12. In the event of a rainout, the Promoter reserves the right to hold the event on the next most opportune day and time 13. Alcoholic beverages must not be consumed in the Pits anytime, before, during and after the meeting. 14. 2 Vehicle Checking Friday 14 th February 2014 Vehicle Checking at the Waikaraka Park International Speedway Pits: 3.00pm to 5.00pm Drivers Briefing: 5.15pm sharp All drivers will assemble in the Club Rooms at 5.15pm for a briefing Practice: 5.45pm 6.15pm ( 4 laps each) Racing Starts: 7.00pm Saturday 15 th February 2014 Vehicle Checking at the Waikaraka Park International Speedway Pits: 3.00pm to 5.00pm Drivers Briefing: 5.30pm sharp All drivers will assemble in the Club Rooms at 5.30pm for a briefing Racing Starts: 7.00pm Rain Date In the event of a rain out the event will be rescheduled to 16 th February 2014 or on the next opportune time Admission The driver and one crew member of the tow vehicle will be given an entry refund. Admission Prices are February 14 th Adult $20 Child* $10 Family** $50 February 15 th Adult $25 Child* $10 Family** $60 * CHILD 8 to 15 years inclusive 7 and under free ** FAMILY ( 2 adults and up to 4 children, 8 to 15 years incl ) NOTE: You can not get more than 2 adults in on a family pass.

3 Qualifying(M4-22-1) (if needed) Friday 14 th February 2014 Heats and a Repercharge will be run to find the top 24 cars for the New Zealand Minisprint Grand Prix. (As per rule M4-22) (Depending on number of entries) There will be Two Groups run over 3 Heats with the top 11 points scorers from each group going into the one race final. One Repercharge will be also run with the top 2 from the Repercharge also going into the final one off race. Finals (M4-22-2) Saturday 15 th February 2014 ; Heats to determine grids for final as per rule (M4-22-2) The New Zealand Minisprint Grand Prix will be run over one 25 lap race with the winning car being the New Zealand Minisprint Grand Prix as per SNZ Rule Book. (M4-22-3) Overall Prize Money Overall Winner 1 st $500 + Trophy & Sash 2 nd $300 + Trophy & Sash 3 rd $200 + Trophy & Sash 4 th $100 5 th $100 6 th $100 7 th $100 8 th $100
