Not only does this provide remarkable exposure for the brands, it also provides the different channels exclusive opportunities that can't be bought through any ticketing service. This site is here to give you insight into all of the available assets that Shell has at its disposal across North America. As you browse, you will get an idea of what each experience entails. NASCAR, Team Penske and Shell come together to provide unprecedented access to the sport and all that goes into it. You are treated like a VIP from the moment you sign up until the checkered flag waves, and in some cases well after that if Joey wins on race day. This program comes in packages of 2, and is best suited for smaller groups looking for an intimate setting filled with exclusive access. 5 DECKLID BRANDING The Decklid is a term for the trunk of a race car. It is a large space often caught on camera during the races and provides ample messaging space. Shell takes the opportunity to showcase customers, partners, or events on the trunk of the #22 Team Penske Ford driven by Joey Logano. This exposure has been instrumental in new business development, expanding corporate relationships and generating incremental sales with existing customers. Based on the generated media and TV exposure the advertising equivalent value of this space is reported to be around $50,000 per race. The space can be a custom graphic or text, and will always be subject to Team Penske, NASCAR, & internal approval. 6 PENNZOIL 400 Not all events are equal. When you want your guests to experience an extra level of Pennzoil coming to life, consider integrating the Pennzoil 400 into your strategy. Thanks to an enhanced program at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, guests have access to even more exciting experiences that can't be bought or found anywhere else. The Pennzoil 400 returns to Las Vegas Motor Speedway on March 1-3, Pennzoil took over the title sponsorship for this premier event for the first time in 2018 to great success. 7 INDYCAR VIP RACE EXPERIENCE IndyCar is an open-wheel form of motorsport that pushes drivers and teams to over 220 mph at some tracks. The series visits ovals, circuits and also downtown street venues throughout the year. Included on the IndyCar calendar is the world-famous Indianapolis 500 held each Memorial Day Weekend in Speedway, Indiana. Shell and Pennzoil are primary sponsors of Team Penske in the Verizon IndyCar series of the #3 Chevrolet driven by the most popular driver in IndyCar, 3-time Indy 500 winner Helio Castroneves. The brands are also associate sponsors on all Team Penske IndyCar entries, providing you access to the entire IndyCar calendar. This experience is available for practice day or race day. 8 FORMULA 1 The Paddock Club is VIP redefined. From a prime location you can watch the race unfold with all the drama that F1 offers on and off the track. 9 IMSA VIP EXPERIENCE IMSA (International Motor Sports Association) sports car racing is a unique form of motorsport that maintains a key focus on track to road mentality. With specific regulations in place to ensure a level of stock features stay put on the cars on the track, this sport provides partners with a variety of R&D opportunities and compelling stories to tell. In Shell's case, the Pennzoil product that is used on the track in IMSA races is the exact same product available to you on the shelf. This setup challenges teams, drivers and equipment through a diverse schedule including traditionally formatted races and also 6-24 hour endurance races. At an IMSA event, guests will be exposed to the leading manufacturers in the world coming together to push the boundaries of performance and engineering. 10 NEW ORLEANS JAZZ & HERITAGE FEST The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, often known as Jazz Fest, is an annual celebration of the music and culture of New Orleans and Louisiana. The event is held across two weekends during the year, and in 2019 on April and May 3-5. The Festival celebrates the indigenous music and culture of New Orleans and Louisiana, so the music encompasses every style associated with the city and the state, from jazz to R&B to folk and everything in-between will mark the 50th year of this annual event and is also the 14th year that Shell is the presenting sponsor. The event hosts guests from all over the world, with a special representation of New Orleans and the surrounding southern states. Shell has unique access to VIP experience packages for the event. 11 RICHARD PETTY DRIVING EXPERIENCE Richard Petty is considered to be one of the greatest stock car racers of all time. Nicknamed "The King" he went on to win 7 drivers championships in NASCAR, 1 of only 3 people to accomplish such a feat. After he retired, Richard Petty wanted a select few who have what it takes to feel what he felt on the track. He set out to create an unforgettable day on the track, and has done just that with the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Through some special relationships, Shell has organized the opportunity for you to get behind the wheel and feel just like Richard Petty. Between your sessions, drivers will receive one-on-one feedback from the Pit Road Instructor, as well as additional instruction from the on-track driving experts. KING S PROGRAM Choose from over a dozen race tracks King s Experience at Bristol Motor Speedway is 24 laps over 2 sessions King s Experience at Daytona International Speedway and Indianapolis Motor Speedway consists of 16 laps over 2 sessions. 12 DRIVER APPEARANCES With Shell's extensive integration in various motorsports series, there is a unique access to some of the best professional drivers in the world. As part of Shell's sponsorships of Team Penske, often there are a set number of appearances that are included and available for use throughout the year. The brands also have unique access to other leading teams in motorsport including Don Schumacher Racing, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing and can be arranged on a very customized basis. There are generally three types of appearances: at track, in market and out of market. Bringing a driver to your next event can bring an exciting energy for employees, partners and customers and can help reinforce a message. 14 QUAKER STATE 400 Since 2012, Quaker State has been the title sponsor of the annual NASCAR race at Kentucky Speedway. It has grown its presence through strategic activation, and made impressive brand statements such as painting all the walls Quaker State-green. This event works great for a variety of group sizes and allows for a range of exclusiveness. With the extra access comes extra planning, so be sure to get started working on this one well ahead of the July running time. 15 FLW VIP FISHING EXPERIENCE Quaker State has partnered with three professional anglers in the FLW (Fishing League Worldwide) series. It is the premier tournament fishing organization that provides unparalleled fishing resources and entertainment to anglers, sponsors, fans and host communities. FLW is the world s largest tournament fishing organization, offering anglers of all skill levels the opportunity to compete for millions of dollars in prize money. Quaker State anglers, Jimmy Houston, Matt Arey and Scott Canterbury are all past champions and are excited to host VIP guests for fishing experiences around the country. 17 ROTELLA CUP VIP EXPERIENCE Shell has developed the ultimate competition within the NTPA (National Tractor Pullers Association). Set across 10 marquee events of the NTPA calendar, the Rotella Cup provides guests the ultimate window into what tractor pulling is all about. A Rotella Cup event is a more relaxed, casual and intimate setting for guests. Don't be surprised if you end up mingling with the drivers and mechanics yourself throughout the grounds. Rotella Cup events are often known for their exciting environment off the the track as well, where fans and teams enjoy their time together in the camp grounds. No matter which event you attend, you are sure to have an unforgettable time. 18 JIMMY HOUSTON OUTDOORS Shell Rotella has partnered with America s Favorite Fisherman," Jimmy Houston. Jimmy Houston has been fishing competitively for decades, and in 1990 was inducted into the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame. Across the country in professional fishing tournaments and on his own entertainment channel, Jimmy Houston Outdoors, Jimmy represents Shell Rotella on the water and on the road. In addition to Rotella s exposure on Jimmy Houston Outdoors, the brand receives the special opportunity for Jimmy to visit guests and host VIP fishing experiences that are sure to leave a lasting impression. VIP EXPERIENCE INCLUDES Custom fishing or hunting experiences can be built with Jimmy (up to 2 guests) Turkey and deer hunting packages are available for the avid hunter with Jimmy Guests who take part in any fishing experience will receive: a rod, reel and Rotella angler jersey All experiences take place on or near Jimmy s private ranch in Sulphur, OK Guests of the private fishing experience will join Jimmy for a cookout style dinner following the day s activities at his ranch

19 BUCKMASTERS EXPERIENCE Shell Rotella has partnered with Buckmasters, a national deer hunting association that encourages a feeling of community, sportsmanship, and wildlife conservation. As part of this relationship, Rotella has the access to offer custom hunting experiences for guests and customers. Because of the unique nature of the relationship, there is even opportunity to organize experiences with founder Jackie Bushman. The length of each experience will be determined by the type of hunt that takes place. A dedicated Sport Dimensions rep will communicate with guests ahead of the experience to assist with travel, lodging, logistics, and other needs. All communication between Buckmasters, Shell and the lodge will also be managed by Sport Dimensions for your convenience. 20 PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCES Shell Rotella has partnered with leading pullers in the United States and Canada to offer custom appearances both in-market and out-of-market depending on availability. In the United States, appearances can be requested from Adam and Larry Koester of Koester Racing and Craig and Ashley Corzine of Corzine Motorsports. In the Ontario region of Canada, requests can be made for Tom and Mackenzie LaRue along with their trucks and tractors. APPEARANCE DETAIL In market appearances for four (4) hours are available around any NTPA event throughout the season Out of market appearances for eight (8) hours are available throughout the season based on the NTPA competitive schedule All requests are subject to previous scheduling and commitments

Sometimes it isn t an option to bring customers to one of these events, but that doesn t mean you can t leverage the excitement of Shell s performance assets. With the Showcar Program, you can bring the excitement straight to your door. We have experience across the continent with placing fan engagement zones outside of high traffic locations such as: retail outlets close to a major event like the Daytona 500, hotels that are hosting key influencers, and even industry-wide tradeshow events. Having a Shell Showcar engagement zone at one of these properties integrates your customer with national promotional efforts that lead to higher traffic and increased sales.
