10 8 Premium Plus Seating Nashville Superspeedway s Premium Plus seats come complete with a selection of amenities not available to the general public and guaranteed to make your racing weekend one to remember. Located close to the start/finish line (sect ) in the top ten grandstand rows, Premium Plus seats include individual, 22-inch stadium-style chairs with arm rests and cup holders. Premium Plus seating also offers the following amenities: Access to the Premium Plus Terrace, including a buffet* and non-alcoholic beverages. May purchase beer on the Premium Plus Level. Restrooms on the Premium Plus Level. Elevator access. Access to Premium Plus parking located in a designated area behind the main grandstand at the rate of one (1) space per each two (2) Premium Plus seats purchased. See special Will Call instructions for Premium Plus customers on page 9. * The buffet will be served on Friday, April 2, Saturday, April 3, Saturday, June 5 and Saturday, August 7, two hours prior to the scheduled start of the race. PREMIUM PLUS TICKET HOLDERS MUST ENTER THROUGH GATE 3 AT THE DESIGNATED PREMIUM PLUS ENTRANCE. PREMIUM PLUS PATRONS WILL RECEIVE A WRISTBAND AT GATE 3 TO ALLOW THEM ACCESS TO THE ELEVATOR, PREMIUM PLUS TERRACE AND BUFFET.

11 Ticket Information 9 ALL ACCESS PASS: All Access pass allows pre-race access to the drivers meeting, drivers cars/ trucks on pit road, Fan Walk and Victory Lane. There is no alcohol permitted in the Infield, no dress code, no garage access. All Access pass is included in the Season Ticket Package. It is available for Saturday of all three race weekends. $30.00 per day. Not valid without grandstand ticket. INFIELD FAN WALK PASS: The Infield Fan Walk pass is now included with All Access. The Fan Walk Pass allows race fans to gain access to a designated walking path in the Infield between the Garage and Pit Road (see facility map on page 16). Shuttle service will pick up outside Gate 2 at the main entrance and transport patrons to the Infield Fan Walk. Please see our weekend Schedule of Events on pages 4-6 for Fan Walk times. FAMILY FUN SEATING: Alcohol- & Tobacco-free. Seating available in section 132, rows 1-6, and WILL CALL: Will Call is located at the main entrance between gates 2 and 3. Will Call is for tickets purchased in advance, but not received prior to the race. A VALID PHOTO ID AND SIGNATURE ARE REQUIRED to pick up tickets. Tickets may be picked up by the account holder only. Starting Friday of race week, Premium Plus ticket holders will need to pick up their Will Call tickets at the credential trailer in order to utilize their parking pass. NO RESELLING OF TICKETS: The resale (scalpling) of tickets on property owned, leased or operated by Nashville Superspeedway or within one hundred (100) yards of such property is prohibited. Persons caught scalping will be escorted off the property and have their tickets confiscated. 12 10 RV Information RV INFORMATION You must have a self-contained RV to park in any of the RV areas. The RV entrance will be located at Victory Lane Drive and McCrary Road. RVs may enter the grounds no earlier than 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday of race weekend and must vacate the property by 12:00 p.m. the day after the last scheduled race event. Every RV owner/lessee must sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM. Information required: Name, Address, Phone Number, RV (Make, Model, Year), Insurance Company and Policy Number. Parking Attendants will direct RVs to the correct lots. Water trucks and waste removal service will be available on site. Check information at RV Registration. Please deposit all your trash in the dumpsters placed in the RV areas. Due to limited RV Parking, Nashville Superspeedway reserves the right to marshal campers in the RV areas. If you are asked to move your vehicle, please cooperate. We reserve the right to tow vehicles at the owner s expense. Special note to all patrons -- If you move your RV from its original parking space, Nashville Superspeedway is not responsible for holding that space for you. Please be extra careful at night or in bad weather. Many areas have limited to no lighting. PETS Nashville Superspeedway discourages bringing pets to the facility. Pets will be allowed in the RV areas only. Pets have to be leashed at all times and the owner must clean up after them. We comply with applicable laws related to allowing service animals (i.e., animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities, such as seeing eye dogs), on Speedway property. If you have special needs in this area, we encourage you to contact us in advance. Service animals must remain leashed and harnessed at all times. We reserve the right to require that pets and service animals be removed from our premises -- for example, if they are out of control or pose a threat to the health or safety of others.

13 11 RESERVED RV PARKING Reserved RV parking is available, however space is limited. Spots must be purchased in advance. There are 2 different locations: The Ridge has 56 spots (located along the backstretch) and The Bluff has 8 spots (overlooks the track between Turns 1 and 2). GENERAL RV PARKING The General RV Area is located in the North 2 parking lot and is loaded on a first come, first served basis only. Saving spaces is prohibited. All spaces are 21 x 45 and lined. The fee for General RV Area parking is $50.00 per weekend and includes one RV and one tow vehicle. DAY RV PARKING Day RV Parking is FREE and is located in South 10. There will be no overnight parking in South 10. RULES AND REGULATIONS Please OBSERVE ALL SIGNS. Stay OUT OF restricted areas and OBEY instructions from Nashville Superspeedway personnel. Please be courteous to other guests. Do NOT erect any flags or other structures within 100 feet of any telephone or power lines. Portable scaffolds or trailered platforms are not permitted on top of or around RV. Platforms must be a permanent part of vehicles. All loose lumber or scaffolding will be confiscated. Please do NOT leave propane tanks or any type of barbecue unattended. Ground fires are NOT permitted in the RV lots. No time restrictions on generators. LOCAL CAMPSITES For information on campsites and activities in the area, call the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Wilson County Department of Tourism at (615) RACE-TIX ( )

14 12 Gate Admission Policy PERMITTED: IT IS OK to enter the grandstands with the following: ONE cooler or bag, not larger than 8 ½ inches wide by 12 inches long. Examples: hard sided or soft-sided insulated cooler or styrofoam cooler (may contain ice), scanner bag, fanny pack, purse, binocular bag or camera bag. All drinks must be in a cooler. Beer, water, soda must be in aluminum cans or plastic bottles. Only one open container may be carried through the entrance gates. ONE additional clear plastic bag, not larger than 18 x 18 x 4 inches (may not contain ice) ONE seat cushion Headsets, scanners, cameras, binoculars, NOT IN A BAG, worn separately around your neck or belt, are also permitted. No person shall be permitted to enter the grandstands with more than 2 bags (one cooler or bag and one clear plastic bag of the types described above). PROHIBITED: YOU MAY NOT enter the grandstands entrance gates with ANY of the following: Glass containers Liquor, beer balls, or wine Metal stadium chairs Strollers, umbrellas, any bag, backpack or container larger than described above Skateboards, roller skates and Heely s Knives or weapons Fireworks Pets (service animals excepted) Any other item Nashville Superspeedway determines to be a safety or health risk NO items may be left at the gate Bicycles ARE permitted on the grounds of Nashville Superspeedway but not in the facility entrance gates. * Please reference NashvilleSuperspeedway.com for more information and photos of permitted items. 15 ADA Information 13 SPECIAL NEEDS If you have special needs caused by troubled breathing, difficulty walking, inability to climb stairs or need assistance in any other way, please make our ticket representatives aware of it. We will try to seat you in an area that may be more accommodating to your needs. PARKING Locations are shown on the facility map on page 16. Vehicles must have a state issued placard or license plate in order to gain access to the Accessible Parking Area. In accordance with Tennessee law, the person the placard or license plate is issued to must be present. Photo ID is required. Anyone using a permit illegally is subject to a $ fine in accordance with Tennessee law. State and local officials will be monitoring all accessible parking areas. You may not hold a spot for someone arriving at a later time. RVs will not be allowed in accessible parking areas. SEATING Nashville Superspeedway meets accessible seat requirements. Each wheelchair space is permitted one (1) companion seat. Companion must have a ticket. All others must use the closest available seating area. If you are in need of wheelchair acccessible seating, please contact the track ticket ofice at RACE-TIX ( ). In an emergency situation, if a guest must page another guest through the public address system, please contact Command Center at (615) Non-emergency pages cannot be accommodated. FIRST AID University Medical Center First Aid stations are located in the following areas: Ground level next to elevator lobby Infield Care Center Paramedics are stationed in the facility and on the grounds throughout the entire weekend. DIRECTIONS TO UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER UMC is about 23 minutes away from the Nashville Superspeedway. Main phone number is From McCrary Road, turn right onto St Rt 452. Take the ramp onto TN-840 E. Take exit 76A to merge onto I-40 E. Take exit 236 for S. Hartmann Dr and turn left. Turn left at W Main St/US 70. Turn right at Babb Dr. Turn left at Baddour Pkwy. UMC will be immediately on your right. LOST AND FOUND / PARTY SEPARATION Lost and Found items can be taken or claimed at the NSS Security office located on the ground level beside the elevator lobby or call (615) on race weekend. To inquire about items after race weekend, please call the security office at (615) If you ve lost a member of your party, contact a Speedway employee, security officer or go to the NSS Security office. Efforts will be made to rejoin you with your party. THUNDERSTORM AND LIGHTNING SAFETY Track officials continually monitor weather conditions and are in constant contact with emergency response authorities. In the event of severe weather, please follow staff directions and move towards the nearest exit in a calm manner. In the event that lightning is seen or reported in the area, we suggest that you turn off and remove all electronic devices. Exit the grandstands and seek shelter in your vehicles. Find a low spot away from trees, fences, poles and grandstands. If you feel your skin tingle or your hair stand on end, squat low to the ground on the balls of your feet. Make yourself the smallest target possible and minimize your contact with the ground.

17 General Information 15 CONCESSION STANDS There are concession stands conveniently located around the track on the ground level as well as on the mezzanine level. Foods available include hamburgers, hotdogs, Italian sausage, nachos, pizza, soft pretzels, BBQ, beer, soda, water and more! FAST TRACK INFORMATION Fast Track Information is located underneath the grandstands across from the elevator lobby. PARKING Parking is FREE. NO parking on the shoulders. NO RVs in General Parking (West 12/13/14 and North 1). NO RVs in Accessible Parking. NO RVs in Premium Plus or Suite Parking. Ground fires are NOT permitted in the parking areas. Do NOT leave propane tanks or any type of barbeque unattended. NO overnight camping in parking lots. Tent camping is NOT permitted on Nashville Superspeedway property. All parking lots will close 4 hours after the checkered flag. Do NOT erect any flags or other structures within 100 feet of any telephone or power lines. Adhere to crosswalks and watch for pedestrians. Park at YOUR OWN RISK. Please lock your vehicles. Oversized vehicle parking located under Bluff (must have ticket). Please be extra careful at night or in bad weather. Many areas have limited to no lighting. THE KID ZONE Make Nashville Superspeedway a family experience! Take a kid to the races and visit us in the Classic Party Rentals Kid Zone located in expo/souvenir row. You will be on I-40 East approximately 30 miles to exit 235, which is St Rt. 840 West, towards Murfreesboro. Go 10 miles to exit 65, Nashville Superspeedway. Turn left at the top of the exit. FROM THE SOUTH: (Alabama) Take I-65 North to exit 59A which is St. Rt. 840 East. Go approximately 34 miles to exit 65, Nashville Superspeedway. Turn right at the top of the exit. FROM THE EAST: (Knoxville) Take I-40 West to exit 238, which is U.S. 231 South, towards Murfreesboro. Go 10 miles to St. Rt. 452 and turn right. Go approximately 3 miles and the Nashville Superspeedway will be on your right. FROM THE WEST: (Memphis) Take I-40 East to Nashville. Staying on I-40 East, go approximately 30 miles from downtown Nashville to exit 235, which is St. Rt. 840 West, towards Murfreesboro. Go 10 miles to exit 65, Nashville Superspeedway. Turn left at the top of the exit. FROM ST. LOUIS: Take I-24 East towards Nashville to I-40 East towards Knoxville. You will be on I-40 East approximately 36 miles to exit 235, which is St Rt. 840 West, towards Murfreesboro. Go 10 miles to exit 65, Nashville Superspeedway. Turn left at the top of the exit.
