1 ELF SUPER CUP 2015 / 2016 Season DATES The ELF CUP for 2015 & 2016 will be held over 7 rounds. 2 Pole Shuffle In the Pole Shuffle the highest positioned driver has lane choice. Drivers placed eighth and seventh on points challenge first over two laps; with the defeated driver starting from Grid 8. The winning driver is challenged by the sixth placed driver; with the defeated driver starting from Grid 7. The Shuffle continues until Grids 3 thru 8 are decided. The winner of the final race to decide the front row has lane choice for the Feature. Feature race 25 laps Grid 1-8 based on pole shuffle results Grid 9-20 highest to lowest points. All drivers will gain points and passing points based on their finish. Bonus Points As a bonus if both drivers go to the rear they receive a bonus payment of $10 per car passed. If only one goes to the rear the bonus payment is $20 per car passed. Passing points remain the same. One or both drivers will also receive 30 points for heading to the rear. ELF CUP RACE INFORMATION Before the start of the first race, drivers will do Hot Laps then grid up for their race. Prior to the start of the Feature race: Cars are to do a 4 wide salute. Conclusion of the feature: 1st, 2nd & 3rd to stay on the infield for trophy presentation. End of the Night Most tracks to host bbq in their clubrooms. Drivers and crew are to be nicely presented in their crew uniforms or ELF shirts / vests should they have them. RACING RULES SNZ rules apply for racing Driver and crew (in Crew Uniform) can attend Driver s Briefings. The ELF CUP will have communication between the Race Director (John Hocken) and the drivers via ear pieces and race receivers.

4 Roof Top Sponsors Fund A travel fund paid on Kilometres travelled over the season to an Elf Series event. The km s will be worked out from the drivers contracted club to the track they have travelled to, and paid out at the ELF CUP Prizegiving, Christchurch, Queens Birthday Windscreen Sun Visor Area All drivers will be provided a Windscreen Sun Visor DECAL from ELF Lubricants. Please ensure your windscreen is a minimum of 160mm deep. Prizes Every driver at the conclusion of each round will receive $ appearance money. The driver of the night, will receive a $ ELF Voucher. The ELF CUP points winner for that night will receive a Bottle of Wine, at the nights prize giving in the Clubrooms. All points money will be paid out at the ELF CUP Prizegiving in Christchurch, Queens Birthday, Drivers will also receive ELF Lubricants products at the Prizegiving. Points are only awarded to Financial ELF CUP Drivers, and those who have completed all rounds.

5 ELF SUPER CUP 2015 / 2016 Season TERMS OF ENTRY By completion and signing of this entry form and payment of $ you agree to: Attend all meetings as stated. You will present yourself, car and crew in a professional manner and be of the highest standard, i.e. ELF Shirt or Full Team Uniforms. This must worn at the conclusion of every meeting. If any driver or their immediate crew post anything on social media the organisers feel is inappropriate then they lose all points gained from that round. Car & Driver to be at track 1 ½ hours before the beginning of the first race. A minimum of 4 ELF / VERTEX Logos to be displayed on rear or side panels of race car. Any sponsors logo to be on the cars at all ELF SUPER CUP meetings over the season. The top 10 available cars in points after the Final Round will be accepted into the North Vs South. New Competitors to the ELF SUPER CUP will be evaluated, and their entry confirmed. New Drivers will be advised of the terms they are being evaluated under.
