3 CONCOURS d`elegance Concours d`elegance will be held at the Opening Ceremony and be judged in two categories: Most Authentic 1/8 th scale replica Best Paint Job Concours will be judged by independent international judges with the winners announced at the Awards Banquet. All cars displayed must have their I D number on rear wing area. 4 TIMING AND LAP COUNTING JLAP and AMB rc will be the system used as the official scoring system for these events. Every competitor will be required to fit a Personal Transponder to their car, which will be the car`s unique identity throughout the event. Drivers should supply their Personal Tsp. number with their entry details or buy one at the event, $ usd. Loaner Transponders will be available, with a $ usd deposit. TEMPERATURE September temperatures are warm and dry, high 80 low 65 f. POWER / VOLTAGE In the covered paddock there is limited 110v / 60 hz domestic power. A U.S. 3 pin grounded plug is used (see drawing). A limited supply of plugs will be available for sale at the event. There will be limited 12 volt D C, in the tire grinding area. Highway ends downtown Hamilton and becomes High Street. Stay on High to Riverfront Plaza/Front Street. (This street will be at the traffic light after Elder- Beermans Dept. Store).
