This large open area features a flexible floor plan against the backdrop of the iconic Glory Road. Sit down meals: breakfast/lunch/dinner Cocktail parties and receptions Lectures Speaker Series Press Conferences The flexibility of this space makes it ideal for anything from a luncheon with a keynote speaker to a holiday party with a band or DJ. Our events team will customize the layout specifically to your needs. Plus to compliment your event, you can utilize our 24 x 14 video board to showcase logos, display graphics, or play video! 3 HIGH OCTANE THEATER Welcome to the High Octane Theater, one of Charlotte s most technologically advanced presentation theaters, ideal for sales meetings, award presentations, or digital meetings. 278 theater seats 64 foot wide projection screen Full Audio/Visual capabilities with multiple screen imaging Special needs seating available All High Octane Theater rentals include the use of the Theater Lobby to serve as a pre or post function area. 5 HALL OF HONOR The Hall of Honor is the pinnacle of the NASCAR Hall of Fame. It is in this room where inductees are enshrined and celebrated for their achievements. This hallowed setting is perfect for an intimate reception or exclusive VIP dinner. 6 RACE WEEK & HERITAGE SPEEDWAY The third and fourth floors of the NASCAR Hall of Fame are known as Race Week and Heritage Speedway. These spaces are an ideal backdrop for your reception. Attendees can explore history while engaging with interactive content. You don t need to be a hard core NASCAR fan to enjoy this space. All of your attendees will have access to interactive exhibits Put your guests in the driver s seat literally with our racing simulator cars CAPACITY Race Week & Heritage Speedway 250 people reception style Due to space limitations, plated meals and buffets are not available in this space.

7 HALL OF FAME PLAZA Looking for an outdoor venue? Our 19,000 square foot patio is just outside the main doors and is the perfect space for your event. Flexible set up offers countless configurations for events, festivals, and athletic competitions Electrical available Catering available The NASCAR Hall of Fame Plaza is a customizable space so capacity varies based on the desired set up. Your NASCAR Hall of Fame representative will work with you to tailor the space to your needs.

From top to bottom your attendees will have the NASCAR Hall of Fame all to themselves. Being a multi-level venue allows you the flexibility to program each floor. It is a dynamic event space that will appeal to everyone not just hard core NASCAR fans. BUFFET = 380 People PLATE MEAL = 450 People RECEPTION = 2400 People High Octane Theater Racing Simulators Plaza Maximum capacity is 2,400 people utilizing a reception style set up. This does not include the outside plaza. To achieve maximum capacity, additional set up fees may apply. Racing Simulators are not included in the cost of a facility rental; additional fee will apply.

Simulators are not included in full facility rental but unlimited use of the simulators is available for $1000. All event rentals are required to have a certificate of insurance.
