2 2017 Interest Free Ski Pass Payment Plan Early Bird Contest Sign-up for an Interest Free Ski Pass Payment Plan from the Rossland branch of Nelson & District Credit Union (NDCU) by Friday, March 31, 2017, and you will be automatically entered to win a 2017/2018 Red Resort early bird (adult or senior) season pass. Contest Rules Members are automatically entered in the contest when they complete their Interest Free Ski Pass Loan application at the Rossland branch of NDCU. No purchase necessary. Contest runs to Friday, March 31, 5:00pm PDT. Limit of one entry per application. Members must complete their loan application paper-work on or before the contest closing date to be entered in the draw. One (1) winner will receive a Red Mountain Resort 2017/2018 early bird season pass. The prize has no cash value. A RED Mountain Resort release of liability waiver must be signed by the pass-holder prior to any pass being issued by RED Mountain Resort. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOUR SEASON PASS BE REFUNDED. The Refundable Pass Option cannot be purchased concurrently with this FREE season pass. In compliance with the Criminal Code of Canada, no purchase is necessary to participate in the contest. Entries must be received by Nelson & District Credit Union not later than the end of the contest closing date, Friday, March 31, 2017 at 5:00pm PDT. Nelson & District Credit Union will not be held responsible for any damages caused by mailed entries not received by the due date for reasons beyond their control. Contest is open to all Nelson & District Credit Union members who are individuals and residents of BC, Canada; excluding employees, board members and members of the immediate families of Nelson & District Credit Union. Only one prize will be awarded to any one person, family or household. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Nelson & District Credit Union representatives will randomly draw 1 name from all eligible entries. The selected potential winning entry will be verified. A Nelson & District Credit Union representative will contact the winner, and before being declared a winner, will have to correctly answer within a limited time period a skill-testing question. If for some reason it is not possible to contact the potential winner after 10 business days, or they are ineligible, then the next closest potential winner will be provided.

3 Before being declared a winner, selected entrants will be required to sign the contest sponsor s declaration and release form: Confirming compliance with contest rules and acceptance of prizes as offered. Acknowledging the non-responsibility of Nelson & District Credit Union in respect to injuries, accident, loss or misfortune relating to the prize. Acknowledging Nelson & District Credit Union and their right to publish and broadcast the winner s picture, name, address, voices, and statements without further compensation other than the prize offered. Prize must be accepted as offered and no substitutions are allowed. Prize is not convertible to cash. Nelson & District Credit Union reserves the right to make substitutions in the event of non availability of any prize. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOUR SEASON PASS PRIZE BE REFUNDED. Nelson & District Credit Union reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever. If a selected entrant is unwilling or unable to comply with the contest rules, that entrant will be disqualified and the next closest potential winner will be declared the winner. By claiming any prize, selected entrants waive the right to claim any costs of winning any prize, including, without limitation, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem any prize, and bear in full any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize.
