2 2017 Ferrari Challenge Program For 2017, New Country Compe4zione will offer a top of the line Ferrari Challenge race support program. This program will provide the drivers with support for all 6 US Ferrari Challenge Events. Support for the World Finale will be op4onal. Conquest Racing, a well known established organiza4on with twenty years of experience at the top level of the compe44on in Indy Car and Sports Car racing will manage the program. Top experienced engineering Dedicated mechanics and Crew members Coaching and simulators recommendations Race car Event transportation Top of the Line presentation Pre-Race Preparation and Service Labor

3 What is included in each of our 2017 Challenge Race Season weekends: Race crew Crew travel and accommodation Crew uniforms Pre Event car preparation Transportation of the car to and from the Track Vehicle storage in between Race events Vehicle service maintenance and repairs during the weekend Data acquisition and Race engineering Pre event and Post event engineering reports Post event Press Releases Light hospitality under the awning Drinks and snacks Pre event preparation consists of: Checking / changing fluids Clean up and vacuum Complete car check up Wheel alignment Driver uniforms cleaning Shocks dyno test Service labor consists of: Track engineer (to be shared) Data analyst engineer (to be shared) Team Manager One Crew Chief Mechanic per car Tires and Fuel crew Truck driver

4 What is not included in each of our 2017 Challenge Race season weekends: Parts or other materials for use in the service of the car Body work or crash damage repairs Parts used during the events On track insurance coverage (crash damage coverage) Race entry fees and FNA fees Race fuel Extra set of tires Labor outside routine maintenance (discounted rate of $110 / hour in state of $125 / hour) What is recommended: 3 extra sets of wheels On Board video system 3 radios plus headsets Misc. costs: Pirelli tires: $2,440 / set + ($100 shipping + $120 mounting, test only) Race fuel: $13.00 / gal Coaching services: Typically in between $1,200 - $1,500 / day Car wrap with Aero: $7,500 - $10,000 What is included in FNA fees ($10,000 per weekend): 2 sets of Pirelli tires per race weekend Drivers race gears and uniforms 2 VIP Ferrari Hospitality Suite tickets

8 2017 Ferrari Challenge Program Conquest Racing Conquest Events Conquest Racing Operation started in INDY LIGHTS One to Three cars operation 2001 Move to Indy Car 2002 Best Rookie of the year award with French driver Laurent Redon Switch to Champ Car World Series ( 2 cars ) 2003 Enter 3rd car for Alex Zanardi demo at Lauzitsring Add Atlantic Team operation. Won 5 races and set record of 10 consecutive podiums with 2 cars operation First transition team to enter 2 cars in Unified Indy Car Series 2012 Switch to ALMS with Morgan LMP2 car. 2 wins and 10 podiums 2012 Enter Indy 500 with Ana Beatriz 2014 Development Team for the new Dallara Indy Lights In 17 years, Conquest has started 405 races, won 19 times, achieved 41 podiums, 72 top 5 and 169 top 10 finishes. Conquest Events started in 2012 F1 Lotus Renault US show Car tour in collaboration with Pirelli, Total and Cota (100 days of displays throughout North America). F1X3 Driving experience: Organization of F1 3 seater driving experiences in the US. Conquest is based in Indianapolis in a state of the art 15,000 sq ft facility

9 Eric Bachelart Born and raised in Belgium, Eric was one of the most promising and prominent junior open- wheel drivers in Europe in the 1980s. He was also an extremely diverse driver, compe4ng in the stock car based ProCar Championship, the 24 hours of Le Mans, Formula 3000, Indy Lights, and eventually, CART and IRL. Arguably his biggest achievement was winning the 1991 Indy Lights Championship, a feat that truly put him on the US map as a superstar of the sport. But driving wasn t the be all, end all for Eric. He had a dream, a dream to run his own team in the US. Forsaking his life in Europe, Eric and his family made the big full- 4me move to the US in 1996 and started Conquest Racing. It was only a ma[er of months before Eric had his first race car in the shop, an Indy Lights car that would compete in the 1997 Indy Lights Championship. The rest, as they say, is history. Recently, Eric has been consul4ng for Scuderia Corsa as their Managing Director with the goal of restructuring the organiza4on. Back in Indianapolis now to manage the New Country Compe4zione Ferrari Challenge program. In the midst of closing out the 2016 season with Scuderia Corsa, he is embarking on heading the establishment and management of New Country Compe4zione, New Country Motor Car Group s all new Ferrari Challenge race team.
