There are many great benefits to sponsorship including supporting the charity or non-profit organization who will be benefitting from this race. All sponsorship levels can be suited to fit your specific needs. If your organization needs or wants something that is not outlined below, the QCR staff is willing to work to accommodate the goals of your company. Included with all levels of sponsorship: n Inclusion on promotional materials* (posters, flyers, ads, etc.) n Inclusion on website n Inclusion on official race T-shirt n Inclusion in press release n Option to add on a branded give-away item** n Booth space provided on race day n Complimentary race entries*** n Opportunity to include promotional materials in race packets n Invitations to exclusive race preview * Where applicable. Sponsors will not be listed on digital advertisements, national advertisements, or any collateral materials that are smaller than 11x17. ** Branded give-away items will be an additional fee. Sponsor can select from a suggested list of items or can present a new item for approval by QCR staff. *** The number of race entries given to sponsors will depend on level of giving.
