The new owners invested over $1 million in improvements after purchase (a complete list of improvements is available) AMENITIES: Speedway Concessions, 7 VIP suites with seating for 216 people, hospitality pavillion for Corporate events, playground and arcade, Speedway office building and Tech Building in garage area. TUNNEL: This track is only local Speedway that has a tunnel under the track to the infield. RENTAL BUILDING: There is a 14,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse on site that is currently leased as rental income. Special events and track leasing revenue has been significant over the years. These additional revenue activities have included such events as the ABC filming of the Dale Jr. vs. Shaq shoot-out, filming of sponsor TV commercials, driving schools, charity events, team testing, truck/tractor pulls, classic car shows, fan club get-togethers and many other special events and activities.
