TRANSPORT PASS ACCREDITATION IS MANDATORY Our EWT exclusive transport service is dedicated to Events Worldwide Travel Package guests only and must be pre-paid with your final invoice. The service is not available to Ticket Experience only patrons. Passes will only be issued to guests staying in EWT designated hotels booked via EWT. If you wish to purchase a Transport Pass for any days or a Season Pass you must do this with us using the new booking form online see link next page. Your invoice will then be updated with our transport schedule for final payment by 15 th May. Please note that this service is subject to final numbers and the transport schedule may vary to meet those final numbers. EWT reserves the right to change the routes based on the final numbers of fans requesting this service. Payments are then required in stages, 25% before 31 March and 25% before 15 May. Payment reminder statements are not issued please diarise your due date.
