If there are small entries, NFs will be informed if any changes are required from them for that particular regatta. Training Official opening of the course is Wednesday, 20 June Training prior that day is possible, but there will be no safety on water organised by the OC. Team Managers Meeting and Draw Thursday, 21 June 2018 at 14:00 hrs The location will be in the conference room in the new boathouse building at the first floor. 4 Linz- Ottensheim OTHER INFORMATION Nations Reception The Nations' Reception will take place on Saturday, 23 June at 19:30 hrs. Two representatives from each federation are invited. Weigh-in Coxswains and lightweights have to weigh in according to the FISA Rules of Racing. The weighing centre opens two hours before the start of the first race. The scales are located in the Boathouse 2. Liability Participants are responsible for acquiring insurance for their equipment and persons. The OC shall not be held liable for any damages incurred in the regatta venue area. Tickets Free and unrestricted access for the heats and repachages on Thursday and Friday. Weekend ticket at the cost of 10 for Saturday & Sunday. Media The online media accreditation form is available on If you have any questions, please contact Boat Trailers After teams have unloaded their boats at the Boathouse Area, the trailers must be moved immediately to the trailers parking area. 5 MEALS & ACCOMMODATION Team Accommodation Teams should book their accommodation through the Organising Committee and are advised to do it as early as possible. Accommodation forms and information are available on: rowing-cup-2018/rowing-cup-2018.html. Meal Arrangements All meals will be served at the hotels. The teams have an option to have lunch at the regatta course if they order at least 24 hrs in advance at the regatta office. Transport Service The Organising Committee will not be providing an official shuttle service for teams. Teams may contact the Organising Committee for contact details of vehicle rental companies operating in the area. Parking Limited number of parking spots are available for media and spectators at a daily parking fee of 8.
