1 IIT 2014 provides excellent sponsorship opportunities to increase your organizations visibility and stand out from your competitors. Organizations can customize their exposure during IIT 2014 by choosing the sponsorship level that best suits their promotional needs and budgets. 2 Sponsorship Benefit etails Exhibit Booth Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors receive complimentary exhibit booth space. Alternatively, a company may choose to only exhibit. 4 Step 3: Make Event Recognition Selections Please use the chart below to make your event selections. Final event assignment will be on the level of sponsorship and the date of donation. Once we have processed all sponsorship forms you will receive confirmation of which events you have been assigned (events may be shared between several sponsors). 5 Step 4: Select Additional Opportunities (Optional) If you are interested in being the sole sponsor for either the conference bag or lanyard, please make a selection below and you will be contacted. Sponsors will be responsible for coordination as well as the costs of printing/production and shipping. The logo of the IIT 2014 conference must also be included on the item. However, there are several benefits for early payment of sponsorship funds: The payment order within a given sponsorship level will determine the order in which sponsors are recognized in all sponsorship advertising, recognition, and signage. Any sponsor who is able to send funds before February 7, 2014, will be recognized as an Early Sponsor in the opening and closing remarks.
