2 About Hebe Haven Yacht Club Established in 1963, The Hebe Haven Yacht Club (HHYC) has been providing first class boating facilities and yacht racing events for members together with the development of youth sailing. Members are water sports and boating enthusiasts and working hard to maintain the friendly character of the Club.

6 Port Shelter Regatta Overview 2 day yacht racing annual event taking place in September Regatta event includes multi divisions with IRC Division, Sports Boats, HKPN Multihull, HKPN Cruiser, HKPN One Design and Beach Catamarans Regatta after-party held after first day of racing with live band and buffet dinner More than 30 boats entered with over 150 sailors each year Prize giving takes place at the end of the last race day

8 Gold Sponsor Opportunities Sponsorship Deliverables The Event will be named after the Gold Sponsor and will be referred to as Title Sponsor Full page colour advertisement (supplied by sponsor) in the Club s bi-monthly magazine Hebe Jebes Company Logo included on all marketing materials, edms, Club website, social media platforms and Event PR activities Promotion of sponsor s product or services on the Club s website Promotion of Sponsors good or services on the HHYC Restaurant TV for one month (or the length of the race series) Promotional materials displayed within the club for a period of one Month Sponsor can refer to the event for its own advertisement purposes until the end of the year to which the sponsorship agreement is in place On Event Deliverables Invitation for one company representative to fire the start gun on the first race of the Series on the New Club Committee Boat Sponsor to provide max 4 promotional banners, flags and promotional materials to be placed with the Club and event arena (all designs/placement are subject to HHYC approval) Logo to be included on all relevant event signage, flyers, banners, back drops and any other event documentation Promotional materials included in the Racing Sailor Pack Logo inclusion on the event shirts One 3m x 3m booth (includes 1 table and 2 chairs) for promotion of goods/services during event weekend Presentation of Best Overall Trophy (or similar) to the winner at the final prize giving ceremony
