Kyle, the installer arrived 30 minutes earlier than was scheduled he did a very nice job. I will be having some more windows replaced this next year, 2019, and will have C L Ward do them. Talented installers. Site manager very responsive. CL timelines were not kept and were drawn out over and over. We expected some but not over 9 months and counting... I thought everyone at went above and beyond. They did an outstanding job. They are knowledgeable, organized and the finished product was great. They did a great job. I'm very pleased with the results. Everything was excellent professional and clean. The only thing was that I never received a final invoice showing completion of payment. Bill H. Your salesperson tells you one thing about instillation, the measure technician tells you same thing about roof would be installed in two weeks. Next day we get a from Regan we re running behind it won t be till the middle of next month. Next moths comes and goes no word. Call can t get ahold... They were very good and here on time. It was beautiful. They had to match the wood and they did a really good job with that. I am very happy with everything they did and the windows look great. The instillation crew was very good. The wood that they put around it was gorgeous and the guys that did the installation did a fantastic job. I have had multiple windows and doors installed by them. They have done an excellent job me. I have no problems at all. The appearance of the work was very good. It was a very long process; the quality was not there. After four months of complaints, I finally got a crew to finish the job up to my satisfaction in the end. A small scratch was noted on the floor of the newly installed patio window. Between Dave MacKenize and Nicole, I was kept inmed about their attempts to get the correct color..after two trips, they did get the right color. The color blended in perfectly with the original color. One of the most unorganized and unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. I signed the contract and put down a deposit a new door mid May. After a month, I called twice to get my installation date and every time the receptionist assured me not to worry and that they'll call me when it's time... David K. Highly recommend! Got a great price on my Thermatru door. Beautiful job! Workers were very friendly and worked quickly. When they were done with the job, we were told they'd come out and go along with us to inspect the work and they never did do that. Then we never received anything about paying the rest of it. About 6 months later, they contacted us about paying the rest of it and we told them that no one had come out... I would give a 1.5 star rating. The material and finished deck came out very nice. The length of time and the inconvenience my family went through was unacceptable. We had a dumpster taking up half my driveway over a month.
