He came in got the job done, answered whatever questions I had and Ryan cleaned up the cite after he was done. We are very happy with our doors. The installer did an excellent job when it was discovered that there was wood rot beyond original expectations around the original door frame. The installer's years of experience, along with his framing and woodworking skills and knowledge, exceeded my expectations replacing and reframing the surrounding... My new window are a dream come true. I've waited a very long time to get rid of my old grid-lined windows with grid-less windows to include two new bay windows. Now I look out and see my surroundings in a new light, nothing is getting in my way and all of my new windows look so much bigger. Dayton in ; Springfield, Dustin H. For the first time in years I've been able to enjoy opening my windows and letting the fresh air in! I also noticed, almost immediately, a 50% reduction in my electric bill! They were very professional and on time. The job had been really great. I love the color, and everything about it is great. I love the product, but the installation was not done right the first time and the quality of the screens is not good. We have had our windows 2 weeks now and are very satisfied with them. The installer Brad was very knowledgeable and efficient and did a quality job in installing our windows. Left the job site clean and neat. I really like the quality of what I got. South Charleston, OH Aug 06, 2018 Nothing but bad experiences and quality of work. The sales rep Champion Windows was congenial and knowledgeable of the product. Installation went as scheduled. The installers were friendly and did a good job. There are no complaints. We love our Champion Windows. The installers were by far the most professional people we have dealt with, they were excellent. We have had plumbers, carpet layers, roofers, and electricians and they were by far the most professional. I wasn't satisfied and am still not satisfied with Green Sky. I guess I did not understand when Rick explained the payments and the interest. I would not go through Green Sky again. The installer was unbelievably organized, precise, and worked from a tiny workshop which he brought with him. The entire process was wonderful to watch. The price is high but I think the quality and service is worth it. I cannot wait to have them finish the rest of the house next Summer! Very satisfied. they were on time kept things neat and the gentlemen were curtious and professional They did a great job! Champion has done windows and doors at 2 of houses. Wouldn t use anyone else. The installer never used a level to make sure the opening was square and level. The opening had a high point in the middle. I told him a could of times about that but he did not care. The screen is clearly out of alignment... We used them in our other house too and were extremely satisfied. I recommended them to a friend and they were satisfied as well. the installers were very efficient. cleaned up the work area. Love the windows - tilt- in are the cat's meow to clean!
